BANDOL - PROCHE PLAGE AND COMMERCES - Quiet, small seaview, very nice 4 bedroom villa of 130m2, swimming pool (with alarm) 150 meters from groceries and 800 meters from the beach.
Garden floor: You will find an apartment with a large living room with a fitted kitchen overlooking a terrace with a table and sun beds to soak up the sun. In addition, a bathroom with toilet and 3 bedrooms ( 1 double (160) and 1 single (90) directly linked with the double, and 1 independant double room for kids (2*80) drawer beds) with the possibility of a convertible sofa bed (140) in the living room.
Upstairs: An entrance to a beautiful reception room consisting of a dining room and a living room opening on a balcony with small seaview . A self-contained kitchen overlooking a nice loggia, a bathroom, self-contained toilet and a double bedroom (160) opening on the balcony with small seaview.
Sunny and large balcony with small seaview upstairs - Fully enclosed and tree-lined garden - Laundry. The house is made up of two apartments that can be connected by an internal staircase, so you can create a large house or close into two self-contained apartments.
Private parking in the garden and it's also possible to park outside.
Located in a very quiet residential area of Bandol, the villa is no less within walking distance of the shops and the beach.

    Excellentes vacances dans une superbe villa

    Ma Famille et moi avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans une villa splendide et très fonctionnelle. Je n'ai que des compliments à formuler. Les membres de l'Agence et tout particulièrement la Gérante sont très professionnels et très sympathiques. Je recommande à tous cette location.
