- a living area with a dining area and two single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen with a glass roof (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower,
- separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, TV, WiFi, fan, hangers.

In the residence, you will have access to:
- a parking space along the sidewalk just at the entrance to the residence,
- a shared swimming pool (open from April to September),
- a tennis court,
- a pétanque court.
