Appartement idéalement situé restaurants et commerces à 2 minutes à pieds. Plage en bas de l'immeuble. Calme et vue imprenable sur la mer. Le seul bémol ménage qui laisse sérieusement à désirer (oblige de nettoyer les sols à notre arrivée alors que nous avons payés une prestation ménage à 35€...).

À part bien situé, clanche qui ne tient pas, WC qui fuit, bavabo quasi bouché, lit dans 1 placard, aps la même notion de la propreté, c'est vraiment dommage. Sinon sa serait super.

Immeuble situé en bord de mer ! Mais Attention très bruyant, énormément de passage de véhicules en tout genre. J'étais situé au 4 ème étage c'était mieux que des amis qui eux étaient au 2ème étage sur le résidence juste à côté ! Un enfert, quand nous étions sur la terrasse. En ce qui concerne ma location, 4 couches, le canapé convertible au Top, les deux autres couchages eux ont étaient placés dans un ancien placard je pense, mieux ne vaut pas être clostro ! Le frigo plutôt vieillissant, assez bien équipé ! Clim sans télécommande ! Une fois en fonction plus possibilité de modifier la T° juste la mettre en fonctionnement et l''arrêter.....Manque de nettoyage à signaler sur certains endroits ....

Un superbe séjouer

Appartement très atypique et à proximité de tous commerces. On adore la vue qui est juste magnifique du levé au couché de soleil. Les commerces sont à deux pas, en quelques minutes on se retrouve au coeur de ville. Tranquillité a tous niveaux.
