Come and relax in a quiet residential area with a sea view terrace, close to Capelin Beach on foot as well as the coastal path for superb walks by the sea.
For sports enthusiasts, you can also enjoy the tennis/padel sports complex or the magnificent frigate golf course not far from the apartment.
You will be a few minutes drive from the port and if you do not want to use the car the shuttle stop is in front of the house.
A pharmacy, a bakery and a large supermarket are accessible without a car.
The apartment is very well equipped, with a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the necessary crockery), a living room with sofa, flat TV (fiber), two bedrooms.
You will enjoy a magnificent view of the Paul Ricard islands from the terrace equipped with a table and 4 garden chairs.
