Our Le Temps Des Vacances team offers you this beautiful air-conditioned apartment, with a living room overlooking a pleasant, wooded and fenced garden in a quiet residence. Air conditioning is located in the living room. A private garage completes the property. A 140 x 190 double bed is in the bedroom. A 140 x 190 sofa bed is in the living room. For amenities, there is a shower room with a separate toilet. Outside, there is a private garden with a table, chairs, and a plancha grill. A very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before moving in and no later than two weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
