Potentiel non exploiter

Nous avons passer un bon séjour qui aurais pu être exceptionnelle. La vétusté du mobilier et le nettoyage imparfait nous ont refroidis. Cette appartement à un énorme potentiel qui n'est pas du tout exploité et du coup son tarif de location est bien trop cher par rapport à son standing actuel. HEUREUSEMENT, la vue panoramique que nous offres cet appartement vient nous mettre un pansement sur nos déceptions. Si je peux donner un conseille au propriétaire, c'est de faire un bon home staging de l'appartement : Canapé en toile de jute usé voir déchiqueter ramasse poussière, Table de cuisine et de salon à remplacer. PS bonus : une télévision connecter 83cm (Netflix intégré...) avec internet/wifi en prime serais un plus surtout pour les enfants.
