Reached on the 27th Oct and check out on the 29th Oct 2017. Water Park was dirty, nothing much to do when you are coming with small kids. stayed in a 2 bedroom, the bedroom and toilet was pretty small. House keeping was bad. They dont refill for you things you used finish you had to call the housekeeping to bring it for you. If you need extra towels they will charge it to your room. Not coming back again. Bad experience.

Made it there on a very last minute, and managed to get a good deal through AGODA. This place is having everything under one roof. A good selection of swimming pool - surprisingly it has a water park within the property by itself. There are also other facilities such as mini fun fair, outdoor activities, kids' playground, well kept beach with free lazy chairs! Room wise - we put a night in Block A, which is located at the entrance of the property. The room is clean, however the busyness of the guests moving in and out (especially those buses, shuttle buggy and 4-wheeler truck) got us up as early as 6 am. This could be a set back of this stay. Imaginably, the one fronting the water park is also as noisy as ours as the park involves loud music and screaming people. BREAKFAST - overall the choices are great, however, the only highlight was the roti canai; soft and tender and the dhal was amazing. The rests are just a typical Malaysian dishes and nothing to highlight about. OVERALL IS CONSIDERED AS OKAY AND RECOMMENDABLE AS IT HAS SO MANY THINGS TO OFFER UNDER ONE ROOF.

This is our 6th times we visited this hotel, and our recent stay was to celebrate my husband birthday. I would like to say Thank you to Nino, Juna and Wilma for their fantastic job. They made our staycation became fabulous. Keep it up guys! We loved our room, with a nice view of water park and near to lobby. The birthday cake that we ordered was so delicious. For sure we will come back. Highly recommended!

Been here with family. Infant, adult, parents. It's basically a place where everyone can enjoy themselves. The main point here is the water theme park. Don't expect anything fancy, the most "thrilling" ride is the slide. Go for a few round and enjoy. The room is really good, get a family room, come with a living room, kitchen, and 2 seperate bedroom with attached bathroom. The room is maintained well, a plus point for Lotus Desaru. Food wise, I didn't go for any of the restaurant here, if you plan to go out for dinner, the choices are not much as well, so be prepared. Conclusion, if you plan for a family or couple trip, a near getaway, this is the place that I will recommend.

First time driving there from singapore. Took 2 hrs from second link. Ms Eda from reservation department was of great help. Thumb up for her service. Booked a one bedroom suite at S$85nett which is very value for money. Rented a float at RM8 for my kids to use it in Lazy River but after 5 mins my kids came back telling me that Lazy River is closed from 12pm to 3pm. Why staff can't informed us about this? I insist on having a refund but seem like they are not too happy about it. Had dinner and bfast in the hotel. Food is decent but service staff was marvellous. Since only paying such a low price for the room u cannot expect too much

Is good place to stay. The staff so friendly. The hotel area very clean. There's an activity for kids. I love the food at Teratai café. They also have seafood restaurant. The gym is facing to swimming pool, It's recommended to stay.

I think the resort is alright. A good place for a short getaway. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite near the lobby. Resort had many activities for all. There is a mini mart near the beach which was quite extensive.

The hotel lobby is very big but only 1 floor without air-conditional (open air concept). The car park is open space without shelter and the weather is extremely hot and the heat will remain inside the car which cause me uncomfortable on it. It's really seem boring city, the crowded is there. There are tourist from China, Philippines, Thailand when I visited there. The room is okay. The gym is very small and limited spaces for the customer to play their gym. The gym location is awful which located in the corridor beside the lobby. Which mean the people walk-by in the busy area will definitely look inside the gym and free show from the gym trainer. The beach is clean but not wide enough, not much people walk around beach because it's seem too small. Water activities: Banana boat, boat parachute, jet-ski, swiming Wave strength: Quite strong due to the beach is slop download to the shore. (I have no idea why they redesign the landscape to higher ground.) The bar (beach) is okay just the table and chair is very dirty, There are sands, dust and dirt on it.... The food is okay. P/S: the customer representative always ask us whether do we have a room in there.(I never been asked before) and what is the definition of house guest by them? They keep on ask did we purchase the ticket bla bla then only can walk into the beach. I felt offended by them. I'll not visit this hotel anymore seem we're not welcome by them.

We booked 1-Bedroom suite, it was very spacious. This was our second visit to resort, a good place to spend a weekend with family and friends. Probably a one stop place with so many activities to choose and have fun, like Water Sports, Snooker, Game Arena, Archery etc., yes its paid but price is nominal. Mini Water park is nice as well, where kids and even adults have lot of fun. There are 2 swimming pool and mostly not crowded, as people will spend time by the private beach. The breakfast was good and decent varieties to choose from. Restraunts are good and food tastes good and not so costly as well. Best is the mini mart within the resort, where you can buy many things and snacks and drinks to munch and have fun by the beach. This was our second stay and will surely come back again for a short get-away and relaxing by the beach. Cheers!

If you love water, you should go to this place. Big swimming pools, banana boats and a beach. Suitable for children and families who love the beach and water games. We had a 2 storey room that looked a little old. Otherwise, it was quite a nice resort.
