This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, The staff truly makes this place a pleasure to stay at...The team really knows how to make you feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean, The food at the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet was plentiful with traditional & western dishes on offer every morning. Now, special mention and thanks to Ms. Vika & ms. Lenny that made our stay memorable despite the stress from my work, they were there from the very moment I arrived, they acknowledged me every time I saw them. Their genuine smile at every greeting was very infectious. This also goes to all the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly and always smiling no matter what they were doing. Keep up the good work Novotel Lampung!! Looking forward to seeing you all soon!!

First time when I walked into this hotel, the lobby was just fantastic with an ocean view, The check-in was so breeze! The staff were so friendly once they know your name ,they will mention it every time you met them and thank you for ms.lenny for helping us with no doubt , I was just feeling welcome to stay here, I got a room with ocean View very beautiful and clean, the service has been very good. Definitely recommended hotel if you visit Lampung!! Ps. Hopefully hotel renovation will finish very soon, because it's a bit noisy sometimes, but it's OK!

I was staying for 2 nights in a sea-view room. I love the room, very comfortable and luxurious and the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the gym was completed with new equipments. Overall it was a great stay, but unfortunately they dont have children pool or kidsclub (very important to me as i traveled with small children).

Room service is very fast and friendly The laundry service although regular is very fast and satisfying Room air conditioning system is less quickly cold However I was charged a breakfast for children 12 years old

Novotel Lampung is located near industrial area of Bandar Lampung. If you have business in Panjang area, this is a perfect hotel to choose. It took me around 1 hour to reach the hotel in the afternoon from the airport. I was given the corner room, the suite. The seating area, the bedroom and bathroom are all have beautiful views. I can see sunrise by just opened the curtain. The room is not only beautiful but clean too. Check-in and check-out are efficient. Breakfast menu variety is very good. Taste is good. Dinner ala carte quality is good too. Service in restaurant is friendly. As the hotel is a MICE hotel, be aware of the groups. The lobby and breakfast can be very crowded on a certain period. When the hotel has event in the new chapel area, the music and noise can be heard from level 11 too. But they finished by 11pm.

We arrived too early before 12 PM but the staff were trying to manage the best way for us to get the room. Everybody very nice and helpful. We booked a room with sea view surrounding with hills and city...Very nice! We stayed for 3 nights, we experienced the whole things...Breakfast at the resto with all you can eat concept are ok, just the variety need more to be add on. How about the taste? It’s okay... The swimming pool is nice, also the others facilities such as gym and spa with hot and cold whirpool is good to have. But unfortunately when we stayed some part of the hotel are under construction, so sometimes we can hear the hammer banging sound into our room. Overall Novotel Bandar Lampung is okay!

Here, to my late review. I'm so excited because it was my first time to visit Lampung. I stayed in this hotel for two nights, got a 10th floor room where I could see almost the whole city and the seas. One thing that I like from the room is a beautiful painting above the bed. For breakfast, it's quite varied and tasty. All the staff is friendly. Keep it up! Anyway, hotel location feels so far from shopping mall. But overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel and will be back.

As LeClub Accor member I stay at Novotel Lampung quite often. Recent stays observed significant deteriorate in Front Desk Service and Rooms quality. During the stay on the 16 December 2017, waited 20 minutes to get car registration number registered at front desk for free parking. Front desk was obviously under-manned as there were people queued-up waiting to check-in / check-out as well. Hotel management should recognize month of December as yearly peak period and assigned more people on Front Desk reception. Upon entering the room, wife and kids complained of smell on the bed and all pillows (including those spares) as if they were not replaced after the previous guest. Luckily house-keeping did rectify the problems. Next stay was on 27 Dec 2017. There were only still 2 persons manning the front desks and guests still have to queue-up to wait for check-in. Things only got worse during group check-in / check-out. We were very surprised at the same time very disappointed to found out that the bed and pillows condition still smelled as if there were nothing done to them after the previous guest. Thanks again to house keeping for rectifying the problems. Having such unhygienic and unpleasant experience once was bad enough, but twice in a row were shocking and disappointing. Novotel Lampung standard has deteriorated to be the worst among all Accor hotels I've stayed across the world. Will not recommend to families members / friends and business partners until improvements are observed. There are definitely better hotels at Lampung / Tanjung Karang.

The staff was good enough. I was in my time when I have to in to this Hotel. In the quarter of the afternoon I came to the reception to check in directly. But The room was not ready yet n I’ve to wait more than an hour. It was ok for me BUT when I came back, my room still the same n I’ve to wait wait wait.. MG this is 4star hotel but.... the room was very good.I like it

Everything is good and above average except the fact that I was kinda "chased out" on the check out date eventhough i had been offered free late 5pm check out when i made my booking direct. The front desk insisted it would be subject to availability. This is ridiculous as I was offered but then they chose not to honour it.
