Incredible host and such a lovely house! The swimming pool was lovely and warm and a real treat, as well as the heated blankets on the bed. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommended this to anyway looking for a peaceful retreat.

The house was spacious,clean and beautiful. Lovely peaceful surroundings. My son, his wife and my grandchildren loved the pool, snooker and tennis. They all a brilliant relaxing time. They wall want to go,back soon.

It's a lovely bungalow, bigger than the pictures make it appear. Beds very comfy. Peter was communicative and helpful. We did find the pool house a bit chilly at the end of October for casual swimming but it would be fine if you're swimming for fitness.

Relaxing short break

This is a lovely place. Incredibly spacious, quiet, and situated perfectly to explore the Cotswolds. The amenities are amazing (we made very good use of the indoor pool - ideal given the heatwave during our visit) and the location is really beautiful. Communication with the hosts was clear and welcoming - we'd love to come back.

Absolutely loved this property. Amazing grounds and space. Privacy was nice and communication with host A*A few little things like a coat rack, cot could do with a clean. But what a beautiful property thankyou so much for sharing your home . The pool and tennis court were fantastic too

Highly Enjoyable Stay!

We had a lovely stay in the country house, enjoying the seclusion and its wonderful amenities. It's brilliantly equipped with everything you need, including pool towels.The location is only a 9-10 minute drive to the centre of Banbury.Peter is a tremendous host and his super quick responses ensure your time here will be a profoundly pleasant one.

Very clean and comfortable would definitely return.The pool and snooker table were excellent.Plenty of room, good wifi. Even had electric blankets . Has good size freezer which I didnt expect.Perhaps some softer lighting in the lounge we used bedside light and some more seating in pool area ( only 1 in there)But definitely 5 star

Great getaway

Great place to stay too relax and unwind with the family. Easy to get to off the motorway. Great facilities, lovely surroundings. The private pool is great! Definitely would recommend it

Lovely place with beautiful pool

A stayed 2 nights for husband birthday. The place is beautiful, everything you need in a little break. The pool was a hit along with the snooker table and to top it off the weather was perfect
