The property is in a very convenient location. But the room was dirty and a lot of bugs. ( spider and cockroaches).

The property is very conveniently located to restaurants & beach activities. Check in & check out process was simple. The room was clean & provided the essentials. However the 'courtyard' area you walk thru to get to the rooms was trashy & beds weren't very comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep one night after a Bio Bay tour so it worked for our purposes.
