A Smart TV and a thoughtfully curated selection of books and games ensure entertainment for all ages. Bi-fold doors lead out to a partially enclosed patio so you can blend indoor and outdoor living in good weather. Moving out of the lounge, three lovely bedrooms await, starting with a king-size with a sliding door to an en-suite shower room with WC. The second features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be converted into twins on request. The third is a twin room with a pull-out trundle bed that’s ideal for an additional child. A stylish family shower room completes the interior.
Outside, the decked area is equipped with a garden table and seating, a lovely spot for sunny breakfasts and al fresco evenings. The visiting birds are a delight. While exploring the grounds, please remember to keep dogs on a lead. Private parking is available for two cars.
