Komfortable Doppelhaushälfte in zentraler Lage auf Baltrum

Bei heißer Witterung ist das Dachzimmer sehr warm. Bei stärkerem Regen kann man das Dachfenster auch nicht einfach offen stehen lassen. Aufgrund der dichten Besiedelung der Insel, sind die Grundstücke sehr klein und das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster aufgrund der vielen Touristen auf den Wegen und den nahen übrigen Unterkünfte auch nicht immer ganz einfach. Die Ausstattung mit elektrischen Geräten, die einem das Leben einfacher machen ist in diesem Objekt sehr gut.

Erstklassiger Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Haus in bester Lage

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen verbracht.  Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer das Haus mit viel Liebe zu Komfort und Details eingerichtet hat.  Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Ausstattung des kompletten Hauses war großartig. Vom Kaffeevollautomaten über die Eiswürfelmaschine bis hin zum Crepeseisen ließ die Küche keine Wünsche offen. Und die Seeluft und die komfortablen Betten ließen uns nachts sehr gut schlafen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und wir haben uns alle sofort wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Baltrum ist ein Traum und das Haus 308a auch. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sein Haus bestens ausgestattet hat. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Egal ob zum Frühstück oder zum Mittag-/Abendessen, alle Gerätschaften zur Zubereitung der Speisen sind vorhanden. Alle nur erdenklichen Unterhaltungsmedien sind für die kleinen und großen Gäste zu finden. Ob Brettspiele, xBox, Sonos-HiFi-Anlage, mehrere Fernseher etc. lassen bei gutem und schlechten Wetter jeden Tag kurzweilig werden. Wir haben uns 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist im Westdorf ideal. Kurze Wege zum Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und allem, was man so benötigt. Baltrum ist auch im Herbst einfach ein Urlaub wert. Wir können das Haus 308a nur wärmstens jedem empfehlen, der Komfort und Gemütlichkeit mit Genuss im Urlaub erleben möchte. Und wenn es mal kalt ist, geht es in die Sauna des Hauses. Sehr großzügige Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für alle Kleider und Schuhe. Ein Urlaub wie man sich nur wünschen kann, lässt sich hier erleben.

Das Haus ist mit sehr moderner Technik ausgestattet, die Küche hat sehr hochwertige Geräte. Alles macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sehr gute Lage, sowohl zum Hafen, zum Strand als auch zu den Geschäften. Ein grosses Lob auch an den Vermieter für seine Hilfsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und die sehr gute Erreichbarkeit bei all unseren Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besten Dank.

Grosszügiges Ferienhaus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten

Das Ferienhaus überzeugt durch die Geräumigkeit und Verteilung der Zimmer. Unser "halbes Dutzend" freute sich über TV und WLAN und ganz besonders über die Fahrräder, die der Vermieter sie freundlicherweise nutzen liess. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler - alles, was den Urlaub mit einer Grossfamilie entspannend gestaltet, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, die Lage des Hauses ideal. Wir können 308a nur empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder!

Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Vorab: Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus absolut empfehlen! Details: Wir haben das Haus mit insgesamt 8 Personen bewohnt. Die Ankunft mit "Schlüsselübergabe" ist sehr einfach und fortschrittlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat im Vorfeld alle wichtigen Infos übersichtlich bereit gestellt. Hier mal ein großes Lob an die Organisation! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden (in anderen FeWos ist oft wirklich nur 1 Tasse/Glas/Gedeck pro Person da), die riesige Couchlandschaft ist total gemütlich, alle finden Platz um den großen Esstisch und auf jeder Etage ist eine Toilette vorhanden. Im OG eine tolle, saubere Sauna, auf die wir uns alle gefreut haben und die wir leider aus Zeitmangel dann doch nicht genutzt haben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen, was wir leider auch schon des öfteren in anderen Whg hatten. In jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV. WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Das Haus hat insgesamt eine moderne technische Ausstattung. Die Lage ist toll! Ruhig und doch zentral, direkt hinter der Inselglocke. Wir sind hier also tatsächlich sehr gut aufgehoben gewesen und würden das Haus 308a definitiv wieder buchen! Wenn wir Kritikpunkte anbringen wollten, müssten wir quasi suchen... Der Tisch draußen sieht aufgrund seiner völlig verzogenen Tischplatte so aus, als wenn er gleich in der Mitte zusammenfällt. Nutzbar wahrscheinlich schon - wir hatten nicht die Gelegenheit dazu. Die Möbel sind auch weder besonders gebraucht noch scheinen sie schon älter zu sein. Das Holz ist wahrscheinlich wirklich einfach nur zu dünn für die große Tischplatte gewesen, das würde ich als Vermieter beim Händler einfach mal reklamieren. Das ist aber auch tatsächlich das einzige, was als Kritik unsererseits anfallen würde. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage auf unserer Lieblingsinsel Baltrum!

Das Haus liegt mitten im Westdorf in der Nähe der Läden, praktisch. Schöner Wohnraum, gut eingerichtete Küche. Die Zimmer bieten genug Platz zum Verstauen. Konfortable Betten.

Auf keinen Fall buchen

Seit etwa 30 Jahren buchen wir sehr erfolgreich im Winter und Sommer Ferienwohnungen in Deutschland und in den Alpen. Doch noch nie wurden wir derartig enttäuscht wie bei dieser Buchung. Aufgrund vielfältiger Mängel dieses Ferienhauses sowie der gesamten Umstände der Abwicklung raten wir dringend von dieser Immobilie ab. Das Objekt wurde uns völlig überteuert vermietet und wir bereuen diese Buchung zutiefst.
