Really enjoyed my stay here except for a couple of things. When I first got into my room it felt a bit warm. Turns out the door to the balcony was ajar. While I was trying to close it, I noticed caution tape tied to the balcony (just hanging there loosely). When I checked out, the person in the office seemed confused about it too.

Lovely property! The location is super convenient to everything you could ever need. Getting in building initially was a little confusing but after a smooth checkin, all was fine. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to dine in. It was fun walking around to find dessert while we did a load of laundry! The only negative was the jaunt from room to the car. Parking on correct floor helped though. Would definitely stay again when visiting our son!

The verification process is so confusing and it changes all the time. Hotels.com doesn't list a parking fee, but WhyHotel will try to charge you one when you go through the verification process (parking is free here and there's plenty of it). If you book your stay for the same day you won't get the code until the next morning. Building is new, so the rooms are very nice and clean - which is the main thing; but I HATE this new trend of suburban hotels trying to trick you into paying for parking when they're surrounded by free parking.
