Old property

I guess it served my purpose of a place to sleep. This is a very old townhouse that has been "upgraded" with some "things" (not exactly renovated). Old furniture, some falling apart. No designated parking, just on-street at your own luck of finding a spot. Laundry in the dryer - didn't feel like doing someone else's chore by emptying it. Definitely city-living with a lot of street/alley noise at night.

Great location for going to the stadiums, top golf, and federal hill

Great location and decent house. Not great for families or folks looking to cook meals as the cooking supplies and dishes were limited at best.Host was very friendly and responsive.

Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank

No communication and not clean

Overall, the unit size and capacity is well represented in the listing - we slept 6 people comfortably, and location was great! The “Murphy bed” in the listing is just a queen size floor mattress, which is fine but should’ve been clear as it took us a while to find it shoved in an upstairs closet. Our big concerns are: 1. The unit was very obviously not cleaned well prior to our arrival. There was hair in one of the showers, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, wet laundry (with socks and other clothes??) left in the washing machine, and some miscellaneous trash on the floor in the bedrooms. It looked like someone had come through and started to clean but just only did it halfway and only changed the bed linens and took out the trash bags and left it at that. 2. When we tried to communicate about issues throughout the stay (WiFi password not working, etc. ) we only received automated responses, if any response at all. We never got the correct WiFi password so had no WiFi the entire time, and we never received a response at all after messaging about the lack of cleanliness at the end of our stay. So don’t expect any sort of active response or help from the host during your stay if you need it.

Convenient location, dated interior

Conveniently located near the stadiums, but interior quite dated, which made it feel somewhat dirty. Bed was extremely creaky and neighborhood did not feel the safest.

Buddies and a convention

Weekend friend trip

We were in town for an Orioles game. The house is in a prime location with plenty of entertainment around and walking distance to the field. There was a lot of noise outside at night. The overall house needs to be slightly upgraded/repairs. We did enjoy the roof deck. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Baltimore Weekend Getaway

This 3-bedroom property was the perfect size for our adult family, with ample room for everyone. The rooftop deck was a lovely added bonus for enjoying a summer evening outdoors. The home is within easy walking distance to Camden Yard and the Inner Harbor, as well as several great restaurants. Robert was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and made the reservation and check-in process a breeze!

Great location, close to many attractions. It has a lot of character and has the feel of the old row houses. The unit could have been cleaner, and many small items didn’t work. Drawers and cabinets missing pulls, etc. Owner responded quickly to my issues.

Great Location and Responsive Owner!

We recently stayed for one night at this home while in town for an Orioles game, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fantastic, making it very convenient for getting to the game and exploring the area. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the stay much smoother. The house itself had plenty of space with three bedrooms and a comfortable couch, and the big dining table and kitchen were perfect for our needs. While the home could benefit from a deep clean, it was acceptable for our short stay. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient and spacious place to stay in town.

Great location - Perfect for sports trips

We were 4 guys in town to catch to O’s. Comfortable place in a great location. Parking was easy. Very close to the Cross street market which had a ton of great restaurants, bars and amenities. Locals were friendly in the area and offered great recommendations. Lots of foot traffic to and from Camden Yards on game days. The host Robert was a quick and friendly communicator who was obviously invested in making a great stay. Thank you.

Disappointing

Unfortunately the hot water heater sprang a leak and we had no hot water Friday - Sunday. There was no water at all in the shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The floors were so dirty! This house has great potential And the roof deck is very nice.

Great spot close to Camden yards and convention center

Myself and a few friends were down for a conference, The location was perfect especially for a group of guys. Easy to walk to the convention center or to Camden yards or m&t bank. Plenty of local restaurants and bars. Great communication by the host.
