Embassy Suites Baltimore - Inner Harbor

at the beginning of the arrival , the front desk lady gave me the wrong key and I ended up trying to open a wrong room with a wrong key. this Hotel was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but smell of weed would come through the bathroom fan to my room from a different room. and at the end the valet service was not able to locate my car and finally when they found it , my belongings we stolen from the trunk.

Was attending a concert at Royal Farms Arena, and a quick visit to the Inner Harbor, and found an excellent price about 3 months in advance. The manager's reception included plenty of appys and cocktails, plus an excellent free breakfast, and boy did we get our money's worth at this hotel! I think the bed could have been a bit softer, but that's my opinion only. Clean, well appointed, roomy beyond words, quiet, could not asked for more.

Beautiful clean spacious room with beautiful view of harbor area staff efficient and warm and welcoming would recommend to anyone breakfast great

Great location, great staff and overall, great accommodations!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Baltimore. Great views. Close to local restaurants and night life.

We had a clean, quiet spacious room! Walked to nearby historic sites, and restaurants and longer walk to harbor. Fantastic service, and very nice full breakfast included. I will return!

Nice and clean with an excellent breakfast buffet!

Long waits for the elevators which constantly kept going on alarm claiming excessive weight, although at one point there were only 2 people in it! Catered food provided for our Reunion was less than acceptable: Baked chicken was dry and overcooked, ribs were fatty and undercooked. Rolls were hard. Breakfast Buffet: The scrambled eggs were too runny. The bacon was like thin sheets of paper and tasteless. There should have been at least 2 waffle makers.

Nice hotel. A bit small in bathrooms. Tv channels not all working

Great staff. 2 Bedroom suite is huge. Furniture showing wear and tear. Bus stop for free bus to harbor is right across the street. Free buffet breakfast. Would stay there again.

The 4 days I spend were very relaxing, the staff courteous and helpful. Strongly recommend, moreover, breakfast and dinner are included and the meals are definitely above average. Prasad

The first room we were given smelled like smoke so we were moved to a room without smoke odor. The beds are comfortable, the staff are the nicest people you could hope to meet. The complimentary breakfast and cocktails are terrific. The gym is a decent size and well equipped. And the hotel has the hardest working bartender ever and she always has a smile no matter how busy the bar is. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to acknowledge hilton honor status of guests at check in. Most hilton hotels put honors guests on a specific floor or provide bottles of water or something. Not a big deal, just a suggestion

Was in town for business. Hotel great location to Inner Harbor and to college. Nice hospitality hours and breakfast. Room was little dated but clean and comfortable. Elevators took little too long, also didn't have hot water that morning. Staff was nice and apologetic and tried to fix situation. Overall wasn't wasn't that bad.

It was very spacious for a one bedroom king suite . The staff was helpful and the room was very clean an neat. I would recommend it for my friends and it's close to the harbor also

Good experience. Nice view. Spacious room. But housekeeping was rude.

This is a very busy downtown hotel. We had to wait a bit to check in on a weekend with the Orioles in town and a big wedding group staying there. Be prepared to walk a bit as this hotel is close to the Inner Harbor, but by no means as close as others. This is also not a typical Embassy Suites that you see in suburbia. It is really a historic hotel that was rebranded several years ago. It's an interesting place to roam around.

Loved everything about our stay. The only thing we had a problem with was a weird smell that hit our noses the minute we walked into the room. We did not get to use/enjoy wifi because it was $19.99 to use it /. Overall, we will come back again!

this is a very reasonably priced hotel near the inner harbor. the breakfast is great as is the happy hour. both no charge. parking is a bit pricey but expected.

This hotel was more than I expected. We all loved it and the view. Breakfast was awesome. Conveniently located to walk all over downtown and the Harbor. I'd definitely stay again as would my children.

We stayed at Embassy Suites but did not get a suite just. A regular room with a beautiful view of a brick wall and all night long the sound of machinery. We were 6 rooms away from the elevator so no idea what the noise was. Charging for parking and internet. Internet is free most every where and the hotel is not at an airport. So the only way to stay at the hotel is to pay for parking. Tacky....just charge more for the room and include parking and Wifi...
