Breakfast buffet was good. The room was very spacious , however It did not have enough towels & ( there were only 3 of us as I indicated on the reservation). The second night they changed the king sheet and put the wrong size (maybe a queen one back on so it didn’t fit at the bottom and was annoying...The bathroom wooden cabinet under the sink’s facing had been removed? Not sure why ...and there was a nail sticking up (sharp end up) where I suspect the cabinet door should have been. My 16 month slams her hands down everywhere and I saw it and caught her just before she would have gotten a nasty surprise. Very Dangerous. We were in 3505 I think.

Great location in close proximity to all downtown attractions

One of the dirtiest, most run-down places I've stayed. Didn't want to touch anything in room. Sticky floors and carpets. Housekeeper bought new towels but left rest of room untouched. Amazed this could be a Hilton property.

Breakfast buffet was understaffed. Omelet line took between 15-40 minutes. Lines were always long, guests getting agitated and angry. This problem was further frustrated by lack of dishes and silverware.

Our "suite" wasn't really a suite. It was a single L-shaped room, spacious, but not a "suite". Front desk staff was obstructively bureaucratic and rude. Room was nice (but not a "suite"!) and bed was okay.

By the elevator on the Lobby the rug was dirty. In my room the cabinet door was not on cabinet in the bathroom. The air conditioner did not cool enough. There was no wi fi.

Comfortable beds and room. Clean room overall except bathtub didn’t drain well. Nice free happy hour nachos and drinks. Parking garage next door was $18/day. Nice exercise room. Relatively safe area near harbor. One mile from inner harbor. Nice pleasant stay.

Staff was great! Rooms were clean, elevators could stand to be upgraded.

Property was nice, Front desk staff was great. Really nice suite. Room was cold, could not operate thermostat, were promosed a space heater that never came. Shower water was not hot, again maintenance was supposed to come, waited 2 hrs. No one ever showed. We decided to chech out early

Huge spacious room with good lighting and good facilities and the breakfast in the mornings is excellent. The property is rather run down in some areas. Worn tramped down carpets in the lobby outside the elevators etc. My first room had a leak of water on the floor in the kitchen area, probably due to a leaking or unsuspected defrosting of the fridge. The staff gave me a new room on the top floor (37th!) which had no problems. Overall given the cost of hotels in the Inner Harbor area, it represents excellent value for money.

everything is perfect. An indoor pool would have been excellent.

The property is incredible. The amenities are not up to par.

The room was spacious, bath towels were very large and absorbent, and onsite locked laundry machines. Front desk staff was less than personable and there was a constant parade of of 20 something’s pajama clad, sock wearing customers in the lobby for snacks and numerous males in the halls and elevators recording both days.

The staff really made the difference for me. Everyone was polite, prompt and genuinely friendly. I really appreciated that while I was dealing with a reservation issue (not their fault). The area itself was decent--very easy to get an Uber to good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I also enjoyed the room! The view was nice and the suite felt even more spacious than the average Embassy Suites room. Overall, I loved it and will return!

Not sure. It’s apparently an older hotel that was converted? A bit old. Used coffee maker. Some but not all items removed or replaced in the bathroom Breakfast was good but very crowded especially the weekend Evening reception, which I couldn’t attend, was a bit cheeky in that cheap beverages were offered but better quality required an however the fancy convention center Hilton charges like $12 for a glass of wine in their elite lounge!) Housekeeping was strange but I was there essentially one cycle. Kitchen left as it was from
