The room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was nice. TV was modern and had options to use my movie apps. Sheets was great quality

It took me forever to get to Baltimore it really made me not want to continue my trip. But once I got to the hotel in the front desk woman greeted me I felt so much better. She upgraded me to a sweet which is considerably more money than the room I was paying for. Downside was there was no heat at all it was freezing cold in the room. There was Ice only on one floor but there was a microwave on every floor. The View was not the greatest you can see people on the street pretty clearly we were only on the fourth floor. But overall it was a beautiful place and I would definitely stay here again. I've been a lot of places but I was floored and Amazed by the room

We were there during COVID, but the hotel was clean and staff was availble for questions and wore masks.

Firstly, I would like to thank them for accommodating my early check in. The room was very spacious and clean. I was however very disappointed in the lack of certain necessities. There was only ONE set of bath towels/washcloth in the bathroom. When I called downstairs to request for another set, I was rudely greeted by a receptionist who told me that I had to come downstairs to get it myself!

Sheets were stained, I requested new ones from concierge and was told rudely they didn’t know where they were and hung up. The cleanliness is poor. I highly recommend NOT staying here. Bathroom was in poor condition also. STAY ELSEWHERE !!!!!

Terrible. So disappointed. Upon check in we when we needed towels to come to the desk. We needed to remove our own trash. Crazy. I picked this place following Orbitz rating system which is obviously off this is a 1 star hotel

The actual room bathroom i waited over five hours for was completely dirty. We couldn’t even shower during our stay the suite wasn’t ready I returned to the property twice and received a hot room 75degrees file a complaint with front desk they informed me to wait until the next morning.

The vallet parking was not operating when we arrived and we had to pay for parking in a parking garage a couple of blocks away from the hotel. Restaurant on site were both closed.

I see that receive a rating of 1 out of 5. Which clear means we did not live up to your expectation? I will share this with the team. I hope you at least had a chance to share this with a team member at the hotel. We always ask all of our guest to contact the front desk as soon as they experience an issue. We do apologize for the rudeness. Marriott policy during the covid-19 is that we are not allowed to go to any rooms and your are required to pick up things at the front desk. There are letters we give out at check in and there is also a sign on the front desk at check in. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for staying with us.
