There were no parking passes. Attempted to message the host and got no response. The pull out bed was awful. And this morning there was a roach crawling around. Do not recommend.

Safety Hazards & Unresponsive HostThis property is not safe and should not be listed until major repairs are completed.The wood floors are not properly fixed and are a serious hazard, especially in the bedrooms. Some areas feel unstable and unsafe someone could fall through and get seriously hurt. This alone makes the property unlivable.Additional issues:•Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable•Bathroom door does not close•None of the TVs work•Roaches were present (we killed several during our stay)•No dedicated parking, contrary to expectations•No basic cleaning supplies provided•Host did not respond to messages and offered no help or resolutionDo NOT expect to cook while here. We had to eat out everyday here. We are already in town for a funeral, and instead of being able to rest, we were terrified to sleep due to safety concerns. This added stress during an already difficult time and made the stay extremely uncomfortable.I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues, including the flooring hazards and roaches.This property needs immediate repairs and proper pest control. Until then, I would not recommend staying here especially for families, elderly guests, or anyone needing a safe and peaceful place to rest.

Not what we we expecting

This house was in an up and coming area but it is still fairly rough. Many of the near but building, including in the same block, are abandoned and ready to fall down. In addition, the front door had broken glass. We did not fair comfortable with our family staying here for the 3 nights we booked and ended up finding a hotel instead. It was not ideal and I hated wasting the money, but in the end it wasn't a hard call.

Terrible experience/ Door code was wrong

This was a terrible experience. The door code provided was incorrect, and I could only enter the unit on Friday during check-in because housekeeping had left the door open. Later that night, we were locked out and had no choice but to stay in a hotel, which cost us 700. The host did not respond until the following morning with the correct code. Since then, I have not received compensation or further communication despite following up on the issue.Additionally, the unit needs better upkeep. The comforters in the rooms are worn and need replacing, and the bathroom sink drains extremely slowly. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Baltimore Trip

The rental is in a charming neighborhood and is nicely decorated. However, the maintenance and and some stated amenities in the rental was not up to par or as indicated in the rental advertisement. Initially when we arrived we could not get into the unit because we were emailed the wrong instructions for how to access the apartment. We had to contact Vrbo to get a contact number for the manager to get the correct procedures…this took over an hour. Then during the first night of our stay the electricity in 1/2 the unit went out when a phone charger was plugged into an outlet. The next day, I waited 4 hours for a promised repairman that never arrived… finally the maintenance man called and had me plug the vacuum cleaner in the outlet, jiggle the line and miraculously the power came back on. Also, during our last night the smoke detector went off twice at 1AM for no apparent reason… this was eventually remedied by turning on the fan. Amenities not as stated in rental advertisements included; only one of the promised two parking passes for parking in the neighborhood was available for use (the other was missing), no bottom sheet on one of the beds, no welcoming basket as indicated in advertisement (there was 4 small bags of crab chips and a bottle of wine) and no paper towels. Finally, the manager was not very responsive in resolving the issues we encountered causing us concern and frustration.
