Cleanliness needs to be improved, Good location
The location of this rental was ideal for us due to family being right down the street. The main issue that we had was upon entering the house it seemed like it was not cleaned after the last guests. There was animal hair all over the rug in the living room, couch and dust pretty much everywhere. The bathroom upstairs needs some serious renovation or remodeling. The toilet was not flushing properly and the floors on the upper level is very creaky and old and going to the bathroom at night would always be so loud that it woke up the kids every time. We tried emptying the trash daily into the chutes outside in the backyard, but there was so much trash there already like old furniture and the trash bins were over flowing. The next door neighbor complained about us parking when we were in our own space in front of the unit...im not even sure why....very strange. The hosts left a huge folder of cleaning requirements that the guests had to do when checking out and It was definitely something we had never experienced. With some updating this place could be a real gem for those visiting this part of Towson.
