Pierpaolo was responsive to messages and provided a direct link to the address. He greeted us on site and gave us a tour of the house. We felt secure and private the entire time. Pierpaolo also provided a small breakfast as well as homemade wine as a Christmas gift. There are several restaurant suggestions as well as a personal suggestion by Pierpaolo to visit the town of Isola del Liri and it's city center waterfall, which we did visit, and it was great. Is more high tech than you might think, with Wifi, updated bathroom, and automated gate.

It was a great stay. The house is very peaceful, no disturbances and great country feeling. The house has everything you need, and the terrace is generous with an amazing view of a big valley and mountains. You need a car to stay here.

This place had a breathtaking view from the front porch. The owners of the property were so kind and sweet - I felt so welcomed. The place was immaculately kept and had a beautifully history. I would definitely book this place in the future!

Relaxing adventure

This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. We even could relax at home for a day. This home allowed us to be flexible, spontaneous, and have control over our schedule. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly.

Short quiant stay amazing view

My family stayed one evening, made dinner in a well equipped typical Italian kitchen, and enjoyed a beautiful evening on the porch, great one night stay if your passing through the region. Peirpaolo was fantastic in communicating with us, highly recommended.

Exceptional property, exceptional host

This house is a gem! Well stocked, comfortable and very charming. Our host Pierpaolo was VERY patient with us since we are Americans and did not know our way around. Quite simply, if we had a question, he answered right away. We were very impressed with how professional he was, and his property was beautiful. We would definitely return! Thank you Pierpaolo!

Nous cherchions un maison avec le calme nécessaire pour se reposer et pas trop éloigné de Rome, cette villa a répondu à tous nos critères. Nous sommes arrivées un peu tard à la location pour la remise des clefs mais ils étaient tous de même disponible pour nous accueillir. Un panier pour le déjeuner et une bouteille de vin c’était le plus que nous n’avions pas refusé ! Merci pour tout !! Gracie mille !!

Ottima esperienza / Great stay!

My wife and I stayed in this amazing, authentic Italian house for almost a week together with our three kids (2, 5 and 7). It is a really nice, spacious house with a wonderful view over the valley and a fantastic garden and outside area. Great kitchen and living room with space for a large family. Pierpaolo and his wonderful family were great hosts and very welcoming. I have Italian family living in Sora, so I often come to the area, and this is by far, the best place, we have stayed! I will definitely come back.

La nostra vacanza comprendeva la compagnia di due cani di taglia medio/grande i quali,grazie all'ampio giardino totalmente recintato,hanno goduto della.max libertà. Elemento determinante per il nostro apprezzamento dell'affitto, è la terrazza affacciata sui monti, dove ogni sera ci accomodavamo per goderci un aperitivo per smorzare la fame che avremo soddisfatto poi con una cena. I proprietari,3 generazioni, sono tutti disponibili e accoglienti
