You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• A damage deposit of BRL 450 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

These fees and deposits will be charged at check-in, check-out, or the time of service.

• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 359 per room
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 90 (from 8 to 13 years old)
• Pet deposit: BRL 50 per night
• Pet fee: BRL 50 per pet, per night plus BRL 120 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: BRL 50 for check-in between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 5 percent

• A cash deposit, credit card, or debit card for incidental charges, as well as a government-issued photo ID, may be required at check-in.

• The credit card used at check-in for incidentals must be in the name of the primary guest who made the reservation.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present—in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo—a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed in guestrooms.
• Long-term renters welcome.
