Beautiful AP Seaside. Front for Av. Atlantic. Foot on the sand. Center of BC. Great location. Close to everything and everyone. Do it all on foot! The AP is all new (reformed), with 3 bedrooms (1 suite and 1 bathroom), finely furnished. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. With 1 parking space exclusive. It has the main household items, plus washer and dryer LG. Wi-Fi, TV in the room, etc. In addition to gas heated water, available for the kitchen, washing and all bathrooms, it has shower system. The building has 3 elevators, showers area for sunbathers, concierge system with porters 24 hours a day, and system of more than 100 cameras by the building, making it very safe for residents and guests.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Awesome Location !

Pros : Excellent location close to everything and anything you could imagine. Bring ear plugs cause they party all night long !Host was very Hospitable and addressed any issues that came up during my (2) week stay.Cons : Read Contract . Sheets, Blankets, Towels not included without upcharge. At 18000 Reails Per Day I thought this should be included . After expressing disappointment ... fitted sheet only was provided. Top sheets , pillow cases, blankets provided by friends. Furniture in Dire need of cleaning or replacement. Sofa in such poor condition. Did not feel comfortable on it unless it was covered .
