Gorgeous Italianate Victorian home in the heart of the Village of Ballston Spa, seven miles and less than 15 minutes from the Saratoga Race Course. This rental includes two units – the main house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and also an attached apartment with sleeping for three.
You will be less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping of the quaint and historic Village of Ballston Spa, on a nearly 1-acre property complete with private parking for 4-5 cars, large backyard, hot-tub, small in-home gym, sauna, multiple living spaces and porches, and eat-in kitchen.
The main house includes a primary bedroom (king) with en-suite full bathroom; queen bedroom; bedroom / office with day-bed and trundle; bedroom / gym with comfortable full pullout couch and sauna; sitting room; living room; large sun porch / living room; side porch, dining room; kitchen; additional office / sitting room. The attached apartment includes a queen bed, twin bed, small eat-in kitchen and full bath.
