Rod was a great host - a fan in one of the bedrooms was not working (we only realized as we were going to bed) and he brought us a new one straight away. As for the place itself, that was fine, but amenities lacking. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and only one toilet roll per bathroom - in a place that sleeps 6 people. The only air conditioner is in the lounge and it does not cool even the lounge properly on the lowest setting. The mobile airconditioning unit in the main bedroom does not cool and is extremely noisy when on.
