Lush Coastal Condo in a forest estate in Sheffield Beach Durban, South Africa.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in an exclusive new forest estate. Within the estate is a Club House, Walking trails, fishing and more recently a new Leisure centre with large pool with water slides and with a pizzeria. For long stay guests, access is provided to a private beach club with direct access to the beautiful warm north coast beaches.

Inside the apartment is a beautifully furnished lounge and dining area designed by a well known local talented designer. The kitchen is fully fitted with top end appliances and we have an outside patio for those evening barbecues.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs and are fully contained with own bathroom and toilet fitted with top end beds and linen for a truly comfortable evening rest.

This apartment is fitted with a 5kw inverter with 5kw battery to ensure uninterrupted power supply. We are currently not impacted by load shedding.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
