The grand entrance welcomes you to a private putting green, (a fun, quirky feature) and a striking spiral staircase that leads up to the heart of the home.

The open plan living space with raked ceilings and stunning views is bright, airy and includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring an island bench with gas cooktop.

All the rooms open onto the private floating balcony where there is a BBQ and dining table, creating a seamless flow from inside to out.

The main bedroom offers a king bed, sofa bed, TV and ensuite with bath and separate shower. A private retreat for couples who enjoy space and the option to watch the surf from the comfort of their bed.

Bedroom two offers a queen bed and ensuite while bedroom 3 sleeps up to four guests in either a king or twin beds and a bunk bed, there's a dedicated bathroom directly opposite.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area.
