This custom built bespoke home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, high ceilings, infinity swimming pool, private sauna and multiple living spaces wrapped in sprawling deck space to enjoy the stunning views.

The heart of the home is a beautifully designed kitchen featuring sliding glass windows overlooking the swimming pool. This clever layout creates a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. A double sided gas fireplace sits between the media room and dining area creating a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months.

There are two king bedrooms, each with a private outlook and ensuites. One opens onto a secluded courtyard, while the other spills onto its own section of deck.

The third bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room with two sets of bunks beds, great for children or extra adult guests. The bathroom accessed from this room features a roman style bath with shower and a separate toilet which is also accessible from the deck, ideal for rinsing off after a swim or providing easy access during outdoor entertaining.

Convenient access to the gym and sauna is via a dedicated set of steps from the main deck.
