Beautiful quiet countryside location overlooking the stunning Lough Derg within 3Km to the twin tourist towns of Ballina and Killaloe
Ideally located for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming and Kayaking.
Killaloe is an ideal base within 25 mins to Limerick city, Shannon Airport is 35 minutes drive. Cork, kerry and Galway are all less than 1.5 hrs away
The space
This tranquil private space is on the lower ground floor of the main house.
It is accessed via a garden path with a few steps ( therefore not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility ) and has its own private entrance.
The studio consists of sleeping area / sitting area and breakfast area plus ensuite shower /toilet.
