Renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is just steps to the beautiful beach of Dominical. There is a master bedroom with en suite bath and another bedroom with adjacent bath. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living room, half bath, and a third bedroom. The exterior space provides an area to relax by the private swimming pool in privacy. Ideally located walking distance to the beach and the town centre.
The villa has been outfitted with solar panels and a solar hot water heater, making this an eco-friendly option. There is AC in the living room, and also in the two upstairs bedrooms.
The villa is located on a quiet street in Dominical, just 200 meters (600feet) from the warm ocean water. It is close enough to the beach to hear the waves, and faces open and treed horse pasture across the road, while in the back where the private swimming pool is you can gaze up into mature tree canopies and take in the abundant flora and fauna. The tasteful landscaped yard provides lots of color and peaceful ambience. The property is ideal in that you get all the amenities and conveniences of being in Dominical, as well as giving guests the feeling of being in the country.

We had an amazing time at Villa Del Sol! Perfectly located within walking distance to everything the beautiful town of Dominical has to offer. The home is cozy and spacious, and the pool was a perfect addition for cooling down on a hot day. The hosts were kind and very attentive, and we dream to be back again one day. Pura Vida!

Very relaxing 8 days. Host was very accommodating. If you want you can walk everywhere in this beautiful little town. Grocery is steps away with everything you need. Rent a car for Waterfalls or jump on a bus... great place, would come back in a second.

Not what they say regarding the ocean, you cannot see the ocean or hear the waves. It was clean and safe feeling.
Condo hard to find, allot of construction.
Not really big enough for six adults, felt crowded, perfect for adults with children, or 4 adults & 2 children.
Short walk to surf beach & small cute town, good food & restaurants & markets.

Excellent stay in Dominical.
Excellent property. Very comfortable and clean. The pool was very enjoyable. The house is in a perfect location to enjoy Dominical and easy commute to Uvita.
