Very trendy inner city miners cottage with all modern conveniences and a touch of class.

Central Cottage is fully renovated with an upbeat feel. It is located in the heart of Ballarat Central and most cafes and hotels are within a short walking distance. More importantly Sovereign Hill and Her Majesty's Theatre are just a short easy stroll.

For convenience the house is entered by key pad.

FREE AND FAST UNLIMITED WIFI INTERNET FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.

PET FRIENDLY: Yard is secure and we are a pet friendly location but we do ask no pets in any of the bedrooms. White Flat Ovals are a 150 metre walk so you can then give your dogs a run or let the kids run them. We just ask that pets do not enter or stay in bedrooms please for the comfort of future guest.

Bedding includes a lavish master suite with large sturdy queen bed. A large 43 inch television and grand ornamental fireplace.

Bedroom two has a deluxe double bed.

Bedroom three consist of two single beds (bunk configuration) and trendy storage.
(please be sure to specify number guest to ensure correct bedding/linen supplied)

The living area has a really detailed wall artwork that is sure to be a talking point. Super large 60 inch 4K smart television and luxurious leather seating. Open plan dining for 6 and a fully renovated and functional kitchen with split system heating/cooling.

Entire cottage warm and toasty with full central gas heating.

Bathroom is modern and large with open double size shower that you are sure to enjoy. The shower is easy to access and suitable for all ages. (There is no bath)

Laundry has large commercial washing machine and dryer and plenty of storage space. Portacot (under main bed) and portable soft high hair (laundry storage) are available for use if required.

Outside the Cottage has a trendy landscaped yard and a massive deck that is sure to please. Rectractable awning provides ample shade (BUT PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO LEAVE OPEN WHE UNATTENDED IN CASE OF WIND DAMAGE) A drinking water tank is available for rain fresh sparkling water all year round.

Linen/towels and grocery necessities are included in your package.

NO ONE NIGHT STAYS, SORRY but just not viable.

CHECK IN 2pm CHECK OUT 10.00 a.m. unless otherwise negotiated and pending other guests. (Please note we cannot always negotiate check- in and checkout times due to other family commitments and required cleaning preparation)

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

A lovely place to stay, lovely miners cottage yet modern and spacious. We took our small dog yard is totally secure. The only thing that i would suggest is a handrail on the front steps. And a step up from the road to the footpath. Was a little hard with an elderly person. But we really enjoyed out stay, its very close to everything.

It a cute little cottage with 3 bedrooms one bathroom. It has an excellent walk-in shower. Easy to use washing machine and dryer. Very grateful for the milk, tea and coffee, also had glad wrap and foil. Beds were comfortable and blackout blinds excellent. Close to town could walk about a kilometre to town proper. Sovereign Hill also very close by. Lounge a little tight for 6 people but adequate. The road is quiet but deep gutter as it can rain and they become little steams but nothing to be concerned about.
