Great place to stay while visiting Ballarat. An easy walk into town for shopping and eating. Good sized room, comfy bed and big ensuite. The room also had a well stocked kitchenette.

Difficult to find when following maps, was sending us to a back entrance which had long gone. Front entrance had broken sign which was away being repaired. Once found it was a good stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here, room was clean and comfy and had a fully stocked fridge! The owner was Shane was extremely helpful with a last min room booking and even more so when I left my laptop bag there the next day accidentally! Highly recommend!
