Ballan Country Garden is located in the picturesque town of Ballan approximately 1 hours drive west of Melbourne. The property is a working farm situated on 55 acres with a large spacious farmhouse.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living and dining space.
The house is an off grid passive house with all the features of a modern home.
