The room was lovely, though a little old. Apart from one lovely young girl at front service was 3 star, definitely not the 5 star service advertised. Location is good, breakfast small and to a poor standard and charged alot for a sub standard latte if you didn't want Bali coffee (like mud, not what you get on street). We ended up walking to other villas for a cooked breakfast with buffet and as many lattes and juices you wanted for the price of a couple of lattes each at Wallas. Mosquito's bad and only treated on request unlike other villas we've stayed at which fumigate once or twice a day. Nice, but definitely not a 5 star experience if that's what you're looking for!

What a great place to stay! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, the staff were wonderful, attentive and courteous. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned and reset every day - we were always asked for permission if we were going out for the day. The food was delicious and the on site spa was great, and reasonably priced. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable! We would definitely recommend Wolas!

The rooms were beautiful, we had a 2 bedroom villa with kids and it was perfect. The kids loved the pool. We had breakfast every morning in the restaurant which was nice. We had room service for dinner which was also nice with some Indonesian items to choose from. The staff at Wolas booked a day tour to Ubud which was very enjoyable, it was a big day but really nice to see. We were very well looked after by the staff at Wolas and would highly recommend to anyone going to Bali.

Late check out offer not really available as you basically pay for half day as opposed to say a 2pm checkout but that may just have been my experience. The property could do with a freshen up as it’s starting to look tired. Rooms kept very clean by great housekeeping team and overall I enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I took our son and stayed 11 days at Wolas Villas and Spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left I could not find a single thing to complain about. The accomodation was fantastic, the services in the Spa was lovely, we had a couples package and enjoyed every moment of the 3 hour package. The Staff are what made this holiday special for me. Every single staff member made us feel so welcome, they were always ready to help and nothing was to much for them. Overall it was a great experience. The royal villa for 2 was perfect with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. There was options for breakfast and dinner. We had a lovely massage included. The roome could do with maintenance in some areas, but that doesnt interfer with a quiet lovely stay.

The property is in a good location neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s not close by the busy traffic area. The resort is well maintained and manicure all surround it. The staffs were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Only minus side were a bunch of mosquitos and the resort restaurant had limited food options on the menu.

This is an older property a few blocks away from the main strip in Seminyak and about 30 minutes walk from the beach. The property is showing a bit of age but it is more like patina in this case. The villas them selves are very spacious with a large bedroom/bathroom area and then a spacious living, dining and kitchen area next to your own nicely sized private pool. There is a small spa on site which offers a good variety of treatments at very good rates and a nice restaurant which serves lots of choices for food and drink. The staff are the true standout, truly lovely people customer service taken to the next level. We will certainly stay here again if the we have a chance.
