Only the Duty Manager and the Excellent cleaner asked me how was, where I was from, what I was doing today etc etc no other staff spoke to me other than hello or good morning or hi. I was travelling on my own and just expected more staff to chat but soon worked out I didn't give them enough money as 1 person as there was large group that always had their attention especially at the pool bar. Money talks! I stopped going to the pool bar and went to the locals up and down the road who did chat so they got more from me.

We have stayed at The Bluzea for the past 20 years. It was our go to hotel back when it was called The Breezes. We always had an amazing time! My partner and I love the location which is a short walk to the beach and all the dinning options. The staff always greet you with a smile and eager to help. The pool, the gym are in great conditions and the breakfast selections are great. We were upgraded to the ground pool side room which we had requested and We were very pleased. Looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed for 4 nights. Ordered the margarita pizza & a couple of beers as arrived when dark and it was a great to start out trip. While the room is dated it was clean & cool. Breakfasts were a great way to start the day and offers western & some local cuisine. Staff were attentive and friendly. Our only negative would have to be the continual music from the swim up bar throughout the day. It seems the needs of the few (loud drinkers) outweigh the consideration of the many. If a bit of peace and quiet is what you are after then I would look elsewhere. It is certainly a handy location but we will probably book somewhere else next time (only because of the one negative).
