The Breezes Bali Resort & Spa3.5 out of 5.0

Anyone visiting Bali should not go past the fantastic "Breezes Bali Resort and Spa." This property has 2 gorgeous pools, one slightly deeper and the other with sand and basketball hoop, which is much fun the all kids of all ages. Surrounding these pools are the rooms.I traveled with my Son and Daughter this trip and we had a room with a main bed big enough to seep 5 adults. The rooms were cleaned each day and we were always left a towel animal for a surprise. The Breakfast buffet was good, although by the end of 8 days, all we wanted was vegemite on toast, which they had. I can honestly say this is the best hotel, for money value and shopping access around. We usually stay in Kuta and Legian, but will always be coming back to the Breezes. The staff we encountered were so polite and spoke great english. The Pools were so clean, the only one fault was there is not enough pool beds around the pools. We found that after breakfast all the chairs were taken with towels and books on them, but no one in sight to use them.Guests would just reserve the chairs and go off shopping. You would have to wait a long while for a free chair and then not being able to sit with your other family members. The afternoon Happy Hour was always popular with daily bingo games. This Hotel is really one to visit, on our last day, we discovered the Spa area, (which no one told us about) and unfortunately we didnt get to experience it. Next time it will be on our list. 9/10 for this HOtel from all of us.
A beautiful Hotel breakfast was amazing everything you wouldn't have thought off they had. Rooms were just awesome, very clean and modern. The grounds were beautiful, close to the beach. Nice and relaxing away from the congestion of people, I do like Legian but was nice for a change
What can i say, great location, great customer service, great holiday. No negatives to offer apart from airport queues coming home. Loved this holiday and will most definitely return to Breezes in Seminyak.
We visited in April 2016, this time 2nd October - 9th, we brought the kids. We love this resort and now SO do our kids! They say, "the pool, the breakfast and the towel animals." There is heaps to like about the Breezes Resort. It's family friendly and conveniently located. The rooms are immaculate and all staff are friendly. The pool bar has improved since last year and unfortunately for us our bar tab reflected that. Oh well. Keep up the great work Breezes.
The staff make this place. They are so helpful and full of fun. You can easily walk to the beach and to Eat Street as well as local restaurants on the same street. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the late afternoon. There are pools to suit both children and adults. The beach sand made you feel that you were on the beach. The breakfasts were excellent and different each day. My husband commented on the fact that there were no grilled tomatoes and next day 4 especially grilled tomatoes were handed to him on a plate. The cooking course was such fun. Normally these courses make me feel quite inadequate, but I not only learnt how to make dishes, but spent most of the time laughing thanks to the chef, Yoga and his off sider who were both informative and hilarious. We were served what we prepared in a sit down dinner afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member. Aldi who organised activities for and Putrie, who helped with special pillows. The room was very clean. There was no street noise and I felt very safe.
My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights before being joined by another friend and her daughter. The breakfasts were amazing and if by chance you slept in you could enjoy breakfast from ten to eleven pm. Rooms were clean and a little animal greeted you every time the room was made up. Pool was exceptionally clean and maintained which is important for all of us. Coming back in a few weeks before flying home. Cannot wait. The best family accomodation I have ever experienced. Thank you.
We stayed at the Breeze Bali for 7 nights in September and had overall we had a very good time. We chose the hotel because the pool looked great, and it was. It had 4 tiers, a sandy area, and a swim up pool bar. We had a deluxe room which is exactly the same as a superior room, except you were on the ground floor and so had your own loungers and direct pool access. The rooms were actually slightly smaller so I would suggest going for the superiors instead. The hotel is at the end of the strip and a little out the way, but there are a variety of restaurants and bars on your doorstep, and in the other direction it is a 10 min walk to the beach (Although if you ask at reception they will happily drive you there). The staff, as you'd expect from Bali, were absolutely great. Everyone was polite, courteous, and said hello to you. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. This hotel misses getting the full 5* for a couple of reasons. The breakfasts were ok. Nothing special just a fairly repetitive buffet. There is a lot of TVs in the pool bar area and when a big match is on , like an Australian game then everyone crowds in and it's very very noisy. Great if you watch the game, not so much if you want a relaxing holiday and there's 100 people cheering and shouting! Finally the organised games (pool volleyball, ping pong) often didn't go ahead. Sometimes due to not enough players, but sometimes nobody organised it. A little annoying! Overall, you will like the hotel, so if in doubt, book it!
When you check in and the staff greet you with 'Welcome home' you know you've found somewhere that holds a special place in your heart. This is our 3rd year in a row here, and it's hard to imagine not staying here. The Breezes is my first (and only) recommendation when people ask me where to stay in Seminyak. Perfect location, amazing pool, swim up bar, kids' club, clean and comfortable rooms, staff with an upbeat vibe who go out of their way to make you have a wonderful time...I could go on. There's nothing not to love about this place. For us, it ticks every box, so it'd be hard to imagine staying elsewhere. Thanks Breezes for another amazing stay to end our time in Bali! We will be back!
We stayed 10 nights here at this beautiful resort. Staff happy to attend every whim needed. Pool is a spectacular 4 tiered pool suitable for all age groups with swim up bar. Rooms plenty big enough with lovely modern bathrooms. Location is fantastic a short walk to the beach and supermarket and money exchange right next door. Restaurants all at your doorstep. Shopping on the same street. Resort happy to organise taxi or driver for a day trip. Would I stay here again? Absolutely !!! looking at booking another trip as soon as possible.
The Hotel was arranged by Flight Centre, South Kensington and was a good choice for 2 scuba diving pensioners who like to get out and about. The area has many different restaurants and is in easy walk to the beach past several massage places. Middle aged Aussies love this inexpensive, friendly area and it is good that virtually everything is in walking distance. The hotel is spacious with good vehicle security at the entrance. We were greeted on arrival by the attractive, smartly dressed Manageress, Ms Putri who made us feel special and throughout our weeks stay always had time to talk to us. Putri is a special lady with Balinese calm and interest in her 168 staff who obviously think very highly of her. There were several front desk staff who were organised and ever helpful, particularly 'Awan', ''I'm a Trainee'' and the ladies. Our room as comfortable with a good bathroom and powerful shower. There is a good pool area, pool bar and coconut kiosk. On a Wednesday there is a tasty Balinese buffet and an excellent Balinese dance evening with optional personal photographs before and after the dances. This is done with us seated at individual dining tables close to the little stage which made it personal and non tourist. Budi was a good host and Erma (studying Hospitality over 4 years at college) became our friend during our frequent interaction at breakfast and dinner. I also wish to mention Trishna( Mum to be - in the restaurant) and Rhia (Info Centre with Budi) who also became part of our happy stay. Without exception, all the staff we came into contact with were happy, helpful and genuine - delightfully Balinese. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool area but was on the second floor WITHOUT A LIFT and will be forever Room 340 (Awan) - that is the one point of criticism even though the two flights of 19 steps left us really fit after a week. We would stay again but on the ground floor!!
