We recently stayed here during our trip to Bali. The staff were friendly and even helped us to rent a scooter for our visit to explore Bali. The breakfast was excellent, the room service was efficient and the food was very nice. The rooms were neat and cosy with all the amenities you would expect. It is also close to the popular Echo Beach and all the up market and niche restaurants in Canggu. Highly recommended!
We stayed for 3 nights and the whole team were an absolute pleasure. A big thank you to Sintya and Desak who made our stay a pleasure and were always fun to talk to and helped us with everything from renting good quality motorbikes to island navigation and again just great conversation. Would definetly stay here again and would absolutely recommend you stay here when visiting Canggu. Breakfast is great with a whole variety of food from fruit, cereal and toast to more substantial meals. I hope you enjoy your stay!
I stayed here for 6 nights in a 1 bedroom villa. I arrived quite late. Staff are so lovely and accommodating. The villa was gorgeous, private and very quiet. During my stay, my air conditioner broke and I was moved straight to a new villa. No more issues after that. The pool is perfect to cool off in. It is 15min walk to the beach and in a nice peaceful area. It was nice to walk past rice fields with gorgeous cows!! There are a couple of cafes close by and a small mini mart. There is also a shuttle a few times a day which was handy if I was being lazy. Felt nice and secure also, being solo (how ever I have friends in Bali so they visited at times). Breakfast was fine, changed each day. The usual type of hotel breakfast. I also had room service which was nice. Departing on Valentines Day, the staff gave a block of chocolate with a cute note to the guests. Recommend for a peaceful stay a bit out of the main centre (but still fairly close!)
This place is a dream! I accidentally booked a twin bed room for my partner and I, leaving us with 2 separate beds. The staff were so great and arranged for us to move into a room with a queen bed the next day at no extra charge or hassle. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was delicious (awesome breakfast buffet!) and the pool was super relaxing. Definitely worth the stay!
Although the location is somewhat remote we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Other than attending the festivities, we were able to easily travel around the island by taxi. We stayed in a One Bedroom Private Pool Villa. The room was beautiful and felt luxurious. The outdoor spaces felt lush and private. We loved using the pool in our villa and spending time in the open living area which includes a kitchen. We ordered room service including meals and drinks and found the quality to be reasonable. I loved the luxury of the indoor/outdoor shower connected to the bathroom. We took full advantage of the breakfast provided and the resort spa. The food at breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We had a massage a floral bath at the spa, we really enjoyed feeling so pampered. The roof of our villa leaked following heavy rain and we were swiftly relocated by friendly staff. There was also some construction going on behind the property, which we overlooked at breakfast - could be very loud and smelly at times, but that is through no fault of the resort.
Overall, our stay at The Bali dream villa was all right, but not fantastic. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly as can be, but the location of the resort just was not what we were looking for-it was pretty remote. In addition to this, the walls were super thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking all night (though they did not even seem to be talking very loud). Our unit lost electricity twice, one time for almost a full day. The restaurant was decent, but very overpriced for the island, and we have been in Bali for almost a month. While I wouldn’t say it was bad, I do believe a much better value could be found somewhere else around Canggu.
The room was of good quality. There was no view however, and the food was too expensive. It was a comfortable stay but I will not go back as there was nothing to make it stand out. The staff was friendly and helpful!
We stayed at the hotel for three days in a superior room and the room had all we needed - and a little more. The breakfast is very good. I will not recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner as the food is not so good and a little pricy compared to the surrounding restaurants. The staff are great - from the reception to the restaurant and the spa-area. All smiling and very helpful. The area is very relaxed and the surrounding villages are easily reached by taxi, scooter or even by bike. All in all we very satisfied with our stay and can only recommend it to others.
We spent six nights here. Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok and all the public areas were clean and green. Lots of vegetation all around the place. We had issues with the housekeeping as our sheets weren't changed even we asked and when they were changed, the sheets had huge brown spots etc. As we complained, housekeeping didn't bring us toilet paper etc. anymore. Annoying.
The villa was great especially the scent inside our room. Clean, big and everything was there already. You wouldn't wanna go out anymore. I also tried the spa, and the massage was relaxing. The service was excellent as well.
