The staff at Sheraton Bali were AMAZING! The people of Bali are always friendly and welcoming but Sheraton was on another level. We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier. There are daily activities and kids club to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail in the rooms were amazing and we will be back for sure!

Service was the best, the location is pretty good and the facilities are ok too. But don’t book the ocean view room if you are sensitive to noise. The street was very noisy until 1-2am. People were singing, shooting the fireworks and the bikes and cars were very noisy. Family with young ones stay away from the Ocean View Room.

The property feels dated, though it was likely once a 5-star. Staff try hard, but limited English often makes communication unreliable, so you need to closely monitor instructions. Our second visit to Sheraton Resort with my entire family.& We all enjoyed our stay in the Resort. We will be planning to revisit in the near future. Ayu at 4th floor bar & Surya at breakfast dinning room provided us excellent service.
