Finding The Sheraton was a bit of a nightmare. It is attatched to a multi storey shopping mall and is very inadequately signposted. We eventually found the entrance which isn't shown as "The Sheraton" as expected but Daily Social, so no clue there. The hotel itself is extremely poorly laid out with too many level changes for anything to flow smoothly. Far too confusing. Pool is small but adequate. Towels are provided as are cushioned loungers. Lovely bar area with fantastic views out to see. Usual hotel prices. Room was nice but nothing special. Comfortable king sized bed but the quilt was like sleeping in a crisp packet. Great air conditioning, great shower. Unusually clear glass partitioning between shower and toilet. Serviced daily. Clean hotel. The staff are exemplary and the management should be proud of them. The road outside is very busy and can be slightly noisy at times. The room was very quiet though. Room 2049

The staff at Sheraton Bali were AMAZING! The people of Bali are always friendly and welcoming but Sheraton was on another level. We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier. There are daily activities and kids club to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail in the rooms were amazing and we will be back for sure!

Service was the best, the location is pretty good and the facilities are ok too. But don’t book the ocean view room if you are sensitive to noise. The street was very noisy until 1-2am. People were singing, shooting the fireworks and the bikes and cars were very noisy. Family with young ones stay away from the Ocean View Room.

The property feels dated, though it was likely once a 5-star. Staff try hard, but limited English often makes communication unreliable, so you need to closely monitor instructions. At around $200/night for a basic room (without breakfast) it’s just acceptable, but anything higher would feel like a rip-off
