We were there for just one night after our flight from Europe. It was really great they knew that we were on our honeymoon and so we got an upgrade to a suite which was really really huge. Huge living room, 2 toilets, huge bedroom and an outdoor bathroom with shower and bathing tub The stuff were very friendly we arrived at 1am and then were so nice and helpful When we will be back in Bali it is our hotel to stay in Sanur ;-)

Our bed was full of insects we requested a change of bedsheets. Breakfast was cold toast and poor taste in comparable to other 5 star or less hotels such as goya ubud, pondok santi Gilli, puri wulandari ubud. Reception not interested in our stay but as we stayed in amazing hotels overall we thought Sudamala in dull and dirty Sanur will not sustain their business due to horrific shocking service. By the way we stayed in their best villa 612 which sums it all up! Best Wishes

Stayed for 3 nights at Sudamala. I checked in at night and went straight to my room. The room was nicely decorated with paitings and wasn't too small nor big, just perfect. The bathroom didn't have bathtub, only shower, but it was fine. They put night time story and cookies on your bed every night which I find very cute. The only problem is mosquitoes, but the staff came to our room every evening to turn on electric insect repellents on for us. The breakfast was great too. I really liked their chocolate croissant from baker's box choice. On my last day, I got a chance to try their spa and it was one of the best massage I've ever experienced. The staff were so friendly it was calming. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends, and I want to go there again in the future.

We stayed at the Sudamala for 4 nights in July 2017. We were extremely pleased. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the amenities, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with a 3rd party booking company. It was not the fault of the Sudamala and it was not our fault either. It became very stressful for us at check-in. However, the Sudamala manager and staff were so gracious and calm and worked everything out for us. We were very impressed and extremely grateful. We also accidentally left our safe open one day when we went out exploring. The cleaning staff left a note in the room informing us. Again, impressed and grateful. We would love to stay here again and we would definitely recommend the Sudamala to anyone traveling to Sanur.

We had a great time, all the staff at Sudamala Suites and Villas were always very helpful. Our room was on the ground floor next to the pool and the room was huge with king size bed and bathroom. We had a relaxed stay.

Stayed for 10 nights at the end of July into the beginning of August. We arrived early evening and the hotel was incredibly quiet. The guy who checked us in was very good and we were shown around the hotel before being taken up to our room. The room itself was lovely with a nice big, comfortable bed and semi-open shower. we were on the first floor so had a room with a balcony. Given that this is more of a boutique hotel, the pool is a nice size. The staff are a great asset for this hotel with any queries dealt with efficiently. This was particularly evidenced when I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday during our stay and they brought a cake up to the room in the evening, a very nice touch! On the down side, and it is trivial although should be mentioned - as others have said, the hand soap, bath wash and toilet roll isn't always replenished so we were constantly asking for these items when we got back to the hotel in the evening. The other thing to note is that on two occasions there was a gecko in our room, probably having found its way in through the gaps in the door to the balcony. A call to reception and the member of staff came and dealt with the matter. Onto breakfast, there is plenty of choice, although the butter is frozen when it is brought out with toast so it takes a while before it is spreadable. The location of the hotel is great. It isn't on the beach but they do have a small section on the beach for residents about a 5 minute walk away. They also have bikes at the hotel so you can cycle to the beach and park up in the designated area. Aside from the beach, there are plenty of options for food nearby. I have reviewed some of the ones we dined at so check them out. Overall, a nice hotel with great staff.

This was the most relaxing place I've ever been! There is a spa which I used several times. It was just perfect and there's a lot of choice in treatments. The people are very nice. I loved the food and music on the terrace. The swimming pool was great and nice water.

Wonderful stay thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Great swimming pool and gardens. The rooms are comfortable and the food reasonable if a little on the small size. The breakfast is of a high standard with an adequate selection to start the day.

We loved the Sudamala Suites and Villas, esp. the luxurious Legong Villa, which opens up to the main pool area. It is ideal for a family of 4. Wida and the others at reception were very helpful. The Friday night Balinese dance performance was wonderful.

Would recommend this hotel, lovely clean room, gorgeous staff, great location in Sanur. I hate huge resort hotels, this has a nice exclusive boutique feel about it. Only negative was the check in, we waited by the pool for over an hour for our room to be ready. However that would not put me off , we would love to return.
