Everything was beautiful on the outside. We stayed in the Jimbaran Suite. Once we got inside the room you notice. The rug on the floor was dirty. Your water turns brown sometimes, used bottled water to brush your teeth. Any they are quite pricey compared to the other place we stayed which was a suite as well. They don’t give you anything for free here. Be prepared to spend.

Various pools were the one of best advantage. There was no time to feel boring. The international breakfast was nice and the outdoor performance was interest. Rooftop bar and rockbar were good to enjoy with nice view.
the grounds here were absolutely beautiful. the entire staff was extremely friendly at all time and and loved to give us any information we asked about and even gave us some great stories and background. the pools are stunning and our room was very modern and enjoyable!! we loved being able to use the amenities at both places and truly enjoyed our stay!
Hotel has beautiful design with several pools to enjoy. Very friendly staff. Hotel location is some distance from the main road; hence, one will definitely need a car. Hotel has several restaurant options but they're pricey and the taste is just average. Love the Kubu Beach. Allot to watch the sunset from this location. However, please ensure you're ready with a mosquito repellent and perhaps a portable fan because the breeze in this area is very minimal.
Everything from the staff, to the room was 5+ . Super friendly and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Also room service and spa services are all very affordable. Cant wait to return to Rimba

Rimba is a wonderful resort. I loved how it complemented Ayana and how you can shuttle between the two beautiful properties.

Stayed at this hotel as a couple in May 2014. The staff is incredibly warm and smiley, and very accommodating. The hotel grounds are beautiful and brand new; our room was very clean and comfortable. This is a sister property of the Ayana Resort (5 minutes by shuttle that runs all day) and we had full use of that property as well. Both are absolutely gorgeous, clean, high end and have excellent staff. Make sure to check out Kubu beach (the hotel's beach by shuttle), the Ocean View pool at the Ayana (but get there before 9am to secure a cabana) and both the Rock bar and the Unique bars were great. Definitely recommend this hotel!
