We went there because of the high rating and location. As mentioned by the reviews they have amazing beautiful rooms facing the beach. They have great breakfast and dinner(not included in room charge).Loved the concept of watching movie in projector in open space.Staffs were very helpful. Hotel is in the center of all the restaurants, pubs, beach and shopping area.It was very relaxing experience at this hotel and would love to go again.

We were there in a group of 20, taking up about 7 rooms, in mid February 2016. The hotel has some great features and some not so much. It's number one feature is the staff. Everyone was so polite and accommodating. It's location on a one way road made it annoying until we learn to get taxi's to drop us off one street over and we walked the rest of the way. It's location is at the end of the main night club street, but right at the end so you could easily forget it was there, except that it's a one way road and that taxi return fairs can misleading. I found Bali's beaches a bit rough compared to Adelaide, and everyone seemed to prefer to stay in the pools. Ignore the infinity pools they are all in direct sunlight with no shade. The lower pool was mostly in shade and was great to use in the middle of the day when the sun was quite hot overhead. The food was fantastic in this hotel and the breakfast was the result of so many food coma's. Highly recommend adding the breakfast to your package. We got a large discount via scoupon deal. Look around for deals food and massage deals. The spa centre was gorgeous but I didn't find the massage that good compared to what you can get just by going next door down the side street. The rooms have air conditioning and are usually on high, it is recommended that you don't open your doors because of the potential for mosquito's but I didn't hear a single one, and we did have the doors open a lot during the day. I always leave a tip on the bed, but in this case they refilled everything and replaced everything so doing so didn't get extra service which is I suppose a good thing for the local staff? There was a number of free bottles of water and you can always get more at breakfast for free. Each room had a mini fridge which we filled with bottles of water we got from around the corner shop. ATM at 7/11 gave much better exchange rates and less fees. The bathrooms are enclosed and their vents aren't very good so they can get a musty smell, but they were clean. The doors are quite thick so not sure how anyone can complain about the noise from the pool? My biggest issue was that the dining area was not air conditioned but simply had fans. Going from freezing cold bed rooms to dining area which was mostly open to the environment made it difficult. Not being acclimatised to the humidity made a bit difficult. For all the negatives, the staff were very helping and great to deal with.

From the complimentary airport pickup to our fabulous room, great food, massages, pools and friendly staff we could have not asked for more. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of choice and the buffet dinners were great and very affordable.it wad central for shopping restuarants and the beach.

First stayed here in June 2015, was so happy our 2017 stay was as good. Friendly staff, well kept grounds/pools, great breakfast, theme night buffets had great food, excellent value. Hotel in great position for shopping etc,

We recently spent 10 nights at The Pullman with our 3 kids and overall had a great stay. The hotel is large with manicured gardens that give it a tropical feel but not necessarily a Balinese one. The feel is very nuetral and maybe not what you may want from your Bali holiday. It is however quiet and provides a haven from the outside street noise. The rooms are spacious and clean and although the bed was a super king it had no pillow top and the matress was hard and not good at all for a restful sleep. The buffet breakfast was as good as any I'd seen with plenty of choice and great tasting. It was the same for the nightly buffets. There is an infinity pool on the roof which ideally should have been built larger and it's popularity means getting a recliner is difficult during the afternoon. Much easier by the garden pool which was alot quieter. We stayed on a Scoopon deal which included 50% off all drinks. This made it a little easier to order drinks inside the hotel which were priced on the high side even before the additional 21% tax was added. I don't understand why hotels outprice themselves like this. It is no surprise they no longer stock the minibar in the rooms ( the hotel has its own minimart on-site) The Scoopon deal made this hotel good value with all the inclusions. Without them i would suggest to carefully compare with other surrounding properties around the same nightly rate. If you find you like the asthetics of The Pullman then you'll be happy here. All in all though it is a very nice hotel opposite Legian beach and within walking distance to the market shopping of Kuta and not far from the eateries of Seminyak. But be warned it is located on a one way road so be prepared for the large loop to travel anywhere.

Stayed here recently using a Scoopon deal staying in a One Bedroom Suite. The resort is fairly big with friendly staff who always say hello. The ground pool is fairly small for hotel this size but always found it quiet and was able to get a pool chair no worries. The breakfast is awesome with plenty of options and the themed buffet dinners were good too. Only issue had was with the sofa bed which were zip tied closed and are not used in the whole resort as was told they keep breaking?? Just make sure you not relying on a sofa bed for kids to sleep on. Had a rollaway bed bought in and the sofa made up to sleep on. All in all was a good relaxing stay here

Nice 4-5 stars. Nice rooms, very helpful staff members. Breakfast is ok,but they have serve youself coffee machines. The coffee machines were no good twelve months ago and they are still no good. Every morning i would get a coffee from a cafe opposite the beach, for a nice coffee.

My partner and I stayed here 3 nights after friends of ours had raved about it. The room was clean, comfortable (and our balcony view was great, albeit it noisy sitting outside), and the staff were friendly, but we felt this resort was way too crowded and more family-focused. We stayed here for the last 3 days of our overall trip, so all we really wanted to do was relax at the resort, but the rooftop infinity pool area (which wasn't all that amazing anyway) was constantly crowded while the ground level pools were a bit noisy being occupied by children and families. Breakfast buffet was great - although we struggled to ever get a table outside and the only time we dined at the restaurant for lunch they were sold out of an item we both would have liked. We stayed down the road at The Stone's last year and much prefer that hotel in Legian from a couples perspective. But if you have a family the Pullman would be a great spot - and they also have a daily kids activities program! Hot tip - bring enough sunscreen - it's sold inside the resort store for AUD $25!

Singles...families....couples.....nationalities....any age....We all fit in! Kids seemed really well looked after..older gen looked content....pda accepted.....singles mingled...Don't get me started on the cuisine! Through The Roof! ..Bar Staff knew their stuff.... And You really want to pack up the staff and bring them home with you! They are so warm and kind. If they are trained to pretend they love you then that is cool with me!

We stayed there for a big family holiday. 5 rooms in total. The staff was very helpful, they help us by arranged all the rooms to be on the same floor and the same building as well. The rooms were comfy and well maintained with a bit sense of old property. But overall it was a good hotel. The foods were good as well, with intercontinental breakfast, varies dinner styles it surely will satisfy the tummy.
