Rooms in bad shape , cracks, rust & worn out! Lift in our section broke down everyday , twice a day , always promised that it was fixed !! Buffet breakfast was so el cheapo.. chefs fav daily pastry was doughnuts , waffles like bricks, cheese was paper thin slices of cardboard ! Xmas dinner cost us $230 for four people ( expensive for Bali ) and was dreadful! Even if youre an Accor plus member I advise you to stay anywhere but here . Visited both “the stones “and the Padma nearby and they put this hotel to shame in every way .the only ray of sunshine in the whole place was Nancy , what an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with .
We stayed here from 28/12/17-2/1/18 and loved the hotel for its location and beautiful setting. We paid to upgrade to an ocean front room and it was stunning. The rooftop infinity pool is a beautiful place to spend the evenings. I would highly recommend using the hotels photography service, we have a beautiful collection of photos taken in the hotels tropical setting which we cherish. The connectivity room was a nice spot to unwind and watch a movie or simply escape the heat. Buffet breakfast was reasonably priced. My only request would be for the hotel to train all the staff a bit better on cultural awareness and what are appropriate questions to be asking hotel guests. It can be offensive and rude to say to someone that because they are tanned/olive skin toned that they cannot be from New Zealand/ Australia and must be of a different ' origin '. I would recommend this hotel for both couples and families.
This is our second stay at the Pullman. The first was during peak holidays and this time the hotel was quiet due to Mt Agung. We were on the top floor overlooking the pool. The room was very clean and everything was functioning. Cannot fault it in any way. The staff were absolutely amazing! Each greet you as you walk by. Special thank you and “hello” to Bari (waiter in the restaurant) who went out of his way to chat to us. We ate virtually all our meals there and the food was amazing and reasonable (if you are an Accor plus member). Had a spa treatment this time too (last time it was fully booked out). It was just beautiful and the best of all spa experiences I’ve ever had in Bali. The location was also great - central to shops and right across from the beach. Thank you Pullman, we will be back!
First of all, the staff was excellent. Special thanks to Miss Sanywati from the front desk. Our sea view room was stylish and bed was so good. Breakfast was okey. Nothing special. Swimming pools are too small but garden pool is beautiful. Location is quiet and beach is other side of the street. They have also ATM and a little shop inside hotel. Restaurant food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay in Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana.
Traveling internationally for the first time with a 9 month old was made a relative breeze thanks to the amazing staff at the Pullman! No request was too hard and we’d like to thank Fiezal and Sany from the guest experience team for all their assistance during our stay. From arranging an early arrival room so our son could sleep, to restaurant bookings and even arranging us a day use room at the Novotel airport hotel prior to our departure, no request was too difficult. The rooms at the resort are spacious and well attended, restaurant is lovely and open with a good breakfast selection and again, very friendly staff who were happy to help with all our requests to heat up food/bottles for our son. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Pullman Bali and we can’t wait to come back in June!
Fabulous first time holiday experience at Pullman. Outstanding staff and service, wonderful dining and fellow guests very family orientated. We hope to stay again soon, in the dry season. Bali very quiet due to Christmas, Mt Agung and wet season. Locals all so friendly and helpful.
I've stayed at this hotel twice before and it's been fantastic, however never in peak periods. It appears the hotel cannot cope with being at capacity. The room air conditioning will only work after 9pm at night, forget it if you go to breakfast after 9am!! For the 30 mins I was there, there was no milk, orange juice or glasses. The 4pm onwards DJ Pool party doesn't exist (prob w equipment apparently) I was thinking more like power supply problems hence the air conditioner problems. The drain in the bathroom sink doesn't open and takes about 5 mins for the water to drain out (yet house keeping you would think would report this) It's a $300 dollar a night hotel that's worth $50
Located directly across from the beach, everything you need for a great holiday, is either a short walk or a short & cheap taxi ride away. If you choose not to eat at the resort, quality restaurants are close by within JL Legian & Garlic Lane or a 10 minute walk into Poppies 2 or the other direction to near the Padma Hotel. The roof top pool has fantastic views of the ocean & complimentary water to drink all day. Only thing missing was the lack of umbrellas, they were there on our 1st day but then taken down?? The rooms are clean & well attended to each day. We chose an ocean view room which was great, good sized balcony to sit on the morning & also in the evening to watch the sunset. Breakfast was the standard buffet, with lots to choose from. A bit more variety from day to day would not go a stray, as it was virtually the same each day of our 8 night stay. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to stay whilst in Bali, as we will be staying here again on our next trip.
Nice three day holiday with my kids staying in another hotel. Great room looking over infinity pool, great breakfasts and we all had the seafood set meal one night- gorgeous! The service was fantastic all round from start to finish so had a great stay.
I was not expecting anything from the hotel but enjoying Bali at its finest during my short holiday trip. To be highlighted that its location is by the Kuta beach and near Legian area. Arriving by the afternoon after the flight delay, you know exactly how tiring experiencing flight delay is. The concierge team helped me with the luggages and a lady escorted me to the lobby, gave me a welcome drink when I sat because the receptionist was assisting other guest. Nothing special. Then when it's time, the receptionist lady checked me in and I was fortunate to meet the manager, Alfian. He explained so much facilities in the hotel and he made me interested with the SPA. He escorted me to the room and I was sooo lucky to have the room facing to the ocean view!
