The hotel is barely a 3 stars. The room is too humid and the floor keeps on getting wet, regardless the airconditioning on. The staff is nice but not always competent. Forgetting several times to bring towels to the room.

I have tried here one night stay during my visit to Bali last week and it’s good budget hotel with all facilities. Check in was very smooth and quick and lobby is spacious and looks ok. The Rooms are fine decent and comfortable and nice balcony with chairs too. Hotel is surrounded with lux greenery and really maintained very well. Swimming Pool looks amazing and very good pool. We have tried breakfast and it’s really very good with decent spread and restaurant teams are active, good smile and faster too. They have spa and we have tried Balinese Spa and it’s very good too. Ms Manies from Front Office is very courteous and helpful and supportive and thanks to Manies for your Guest Passion and keep it up. Overall very good stay..

The hotel is clearly not a 4 stars. The entrance to the hotel and gateway are the only nice things about it. Perhaps because it was cheap land they purchased it all and had the opportunity to make nice gardens around the hotel. Land was cheap because it was a swamp, I have never seen so much humidity ( and I live in Indonesia). The room smells and floor is slippery from the humidity.

The room was so humid and smelly. The aircon did not work well and it was not enough to fight the humidity. Floor was even slippery. Waited 1 hour to check in. The staff forgot repeatdly to bring clean towels.

I've been in bali many times either for bussiness or leisure, stayed in budget hotel and also the 5 star hotel, i thought i would try mercure nusadua for this time. I REGRET IT, and this is why : We arrived here around 7pm and my first impression was this hotel is super dark its even difficult to read the lobby direction. Finaly we arrived at the lobby, you can see from my 1st pic the lobby was also dark and not impressive at all, looks more like an alley where you would meet your "dealer" :p not impressive at all. The rate was around $100, for that at mercure you get small room and a very dirty sink thats not well maintained you can see from the mirror reflection and 2 small bottle of complimentary water which you can only use for brushing your teeth (coz the tap water taste funny). And when i ask for more they just said ok well send it, but it never came. This problem continues when i ask for another towel (since they only put 1) after waiting 1 and a half hour and 3 calls to the cust service line finally they send the towel to my room. Finally on the last day after packing i want to call the bell boy which after making 4 unanswered call i just decide to carry my own bag. The only good experience that i have in this hotel was CHECKINGOUT from it hahahha WILL NEVER EVER stay at mercure chain hotel. For you who still book a room in this hotel Good Luck!!!

We arrived morning at 09.15 and the staff at the front desk help us to get early check in and not only that we have got additional welcome drink for voucher at restaurant. I really feel welcome when the room ready at 10.10am, got the room free upgrade to the pool view from the highest floor. room was ok, for me is small for type of mercure brand, but we are fine because the price also cheaper for mercure brand. We also get small chocolate cake, the staff deliver in daytime. All the staff services is 5* hotel, they always smile and help us every time we need. Private beach not at the hotel but they provide every hour shuttle, even when shuttle full they still send us to the beach as soon as possible, so that we don't need to wait for an hour next shuttle. Beautiful beach, beautiful pool, beautiful garden, beautiful people. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I booked one night in this hotel on deal including airport pickup and breakfast and expected usual Accor standards of accomodation. However though arriving late we found our room was damp as was the bedding! We was too tired to complain and move as bar and restaurant was closed. I did talk to staff about the damp room but they acknowledged this saying aircon problem! Why put people in a damp room. We had a poor nights sleep because of this and we would never stay again. This may not be the same as other rooms we was upgraded apparently! Room number happy to provide later

Hotel can use improvement. Could not regulate aircon..just one temperature: guess around 17 celsius. Some rooms really moisty. New bedlinen. Better instructions for staff needed concerning making up the rooms. Not happy with management. They dont come with solutions. Staff is very friendly. The rental bicycles need to be changed. To old.

exceptional outdoors. the twin swimming pools are really good. the lawns are well manicured. shuttle bus to the private beach of the hotel runs hourly. though the property is not on the beach like other properties of Nusa Dua the well manicured surroundings make up for it. the gazebos in the swimming pool are swell.Buffet breakfast is nice. the only draw back are the rooms that are small and stuffy with a inimical smell of seepage. further the washbasin inside the room instead of the bathroom is not to taste for all. that having been said if you are visiting bali and are likely to go around and not stay at the hotel much except for the nights, it is definitely value for money.

I have just recently stayed at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua for four nights, two nights either side of a healing workshop. The staff here are lovely, so friendly and hospitable. If you are looking for a property that has a lot going for it, but on a budget, this is a fabulous choice. I purchased the package with the airport pick up, breakfast and wifi included. It was really nice to be met at the airport, a very reliable service, and the driver that picked me up was very friendly and a very good driver. The room was clean and well located, the breakfasts had lots of variety, the restaurant menu was perfect for our needs (I was travelling with others staying at the same hotel) Nusa Dua is such a safe area and lots of restaurants and warungs within walking distance. There is a wonderful on site Spa or Sylvia's Massage just down the road. Highly recommend. Money changer within walking distance as well. Wonderful property.
