Cheap Rooms. Free Breakfast. Good Location. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and appreciated it more the 2nd time. Good central location to everything around Kuta. Everything is just a short walk away and when you don’t feel like walking, it’s downstream for the traffic meaning you get very quick taxi rides back to your hotel. Whilst the pool doesn’t look as good as the other hotels there’s nothing wrong with it. The restaurant has a good selection of local and international dishes incl Pizza, Pasta, Steaks, Burgers and Aussie Pub meals at cheap prices. Alcohol prices are in line with everywhere else. The rooms are comfortable but not outstanding. A great place to use as a home base if you’re the type who wants to get out and explore everything Kuta has to offer.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in deluxe family bungalow fair sized room liked idea of outside bathroom room had everything required for a comfortable stay comfy bed only complaint I can say is even with all lights on room very dark great to sleep in but needs more light during day and wifi always dropping out breakfast limited choices but sufficient great omelettes Good pool area and nice gardens

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Room. The bed was comfortable (quite firm, but I think that's just the way beds are in Bali!), the air con worked well and the room was very spacious. The hotel grounds were lovely, especially the pool, and the breakfast was really nice as well. Essentially, we didn't walk in and marvel at how amazing the room was, but it was great value for money, especially for being walking distance to everything.

This is a good budget hotel located 20 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk from Kuta main shopping street and 10 minutes walk from Kuta beach. The Balinese bungalows are cheap but the outside bathroom/toilet was a bit too much for use so we upgraded for £12 /nt to a "superior" room which we found to be excellent. The Hotel Spa is also very good as is the food in the restaurant which we found were both the excellent and good value for money.

Reading the rave reviews, I booked this hotel through Agoda for six days. The first sight of the hotel which is located in a narrow alley is very disappointing. The main gate as well as the reception are very uncheerful. The Balinese bungalow I booked was also badly in need of a facelift or a coat of paint and actually is a blind room with a Patio and toilet. It's a basic room not having any any coffee/tea maker or even a mirror!. The only mirror is in the toilet and my wife was grumbling everyday. There is a split AC in the room but in my room(104), it was not cooling at all and on complaining, it was attended and the cooling improved to some extent. There is a mini fridge in the room. It has a good swimming pool and the complimentary American Breakfast may not be sumptuous but was satisfing and good. People were very polite and helpful.Room and toilet are very clean and bed linens were changed everyday but there is room for improvement in housekeeping. After staying for a few days, you start liking it There are eateries, convenience stores, and massage parlours nearby. Hotel has also a massage parlor but that is obviously costlier than the outside ones. You can get cheap grubs in the Warungs just outside the hotel.Kuta beach is five minutes away on foot. The hotel arranges transports, even Meter taxis without any commission.

we were there unfortunately just one nice, but as was our last day in Bali we did enjoy the hotel a lot!! The pool is amazing with a little jacuzzi on the top, the decoration is like you are in the jungle and super nice. Best of all was the Spa and its amazing stuff which treat you like you are in the heaven, best massage and pedicure ever in Bali and just for 6 €!!! Just once advice, avoid the bungalows, the are quite old and the bathroom is outside, although you have walls, no ceiling so al the insects and stuff will be with you on your shower or toilet time :S. just book a room with pool view and you will be safe! The restaurant is quite nice to, with healthy fresh juices and a nice menu, and the buffet breakfast was included and also quite good, they prepare on the moment pancakes and egg as you want! Amazing stuff in the restaurant and the spa, people of front desk doesn't care too much.

great hotel for the price.....very clean...air con wonderful..close to Mataharis in Kuta...maybe 10 minutes to beach.....Staff just wonderful...we had a deluxe room...very nice..beds so comfortable would stay again

We stayed in Ida Hotel for 5 days in a Balinese Double bungalow. Pros: The pool was large and deep, there was a spa/massage service in the hotel, 24h reception, staff were polite and helpful, OK location close to Kuta Square, Poppies restaurant and the beach. Cons: Our room was dirty when we checked in, the room was dark and more than a little dingy, it was supposed to be a bungalow but had a second floor above us with other guests, there were no safes in the rooms (though there is a safety deposit box at the reception), poor breakfasts (an egg station was the only redeeming feature) but otherwise not very enjoyable, WiFi was elusive and not particularly good.

Was really great and a nice relaxing place ! Very clean rooms with nice breakie with restaurant serving a good meal a night after a "long" day at pool !! Lol. Have booked again for November 2017 and can't wait !!
