The beautiful outdoor living by the pool made it very hard to leave; such a relaxing vibe! The staff were great and went above and beyond to tend to their guests needs. The villa was a tad smaller than expected and was a short taxi ride to the main roads but would still recommend checking this place out. Great price for what it is, would only need a few nights here though. Thanks to the staff for putting a smile on my face every morning.
Great location with ethnic feel of Bali, good ambiance, and friendly staff. One of the staff that I can recognize is Erma that really helpful and friendly, thank you for the good service provided and see you in the next trip

I've fully paid the accommodation. The staff keep on asking bout the payment and said that i didn't paid for the room. Although i have proof and i need to spend my telephone bill to call all the way to Airasiago to confirm my payment is succesfully made and to confront to the staff that i've paid! I bet this hotel didn't know on the payment online procedure. The room given as not like we've seen. Boring breakfast menu. Many Mosquito at night and need to ask the staff to spray before u sleep.
We booked this hotel as a mystery hotel in Seminyak....this hotel is not in Seminyak. Far from it. We booked a 'deluxe' room..far from deluxe. It's a small room with a bed, that's it. As we were happy to pay a little extra, we asked how much for an upgraded room - the price we were given was only $10 less than the website price to book the villa. We thought this was ridiculous as the place seems quite empty, and we had already paid for a room. After a day out we returned to our room to find that no toilet paper(empty), tea/coffee or water had been replaced. On top of all this, no taxi driver seems to know where this place is - so it is a joke trying to get back. Staff are really friendly and do everything with a smile, but unfortunately it's not enough to turn this experience around.
It was wonderful time in that beautiful villa. We spent there 7 nights. It's quite far from the center but if you like quiet places for relaxing it's a good choice otherwise with a motor bike in few minutes you are in the center. We've been with a small baby so it was perfect, Clean room, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, calm and fantastic staff. We liked thick curtains in the room, thanks to this sun woke us not too early.
Grand Avenue Boutique Villas and Spa very good hotel for relaxing is Very good hotel for relaxing, it's Quiet away from the noise of the city, staff very helpful with great hospitality, and great smiles 🌹
We recently stayed at this hotel for one week in September. That's fantastic place, quiet, clean, with the large swimming pool. The staff were very kind and helpful. We asked for a fridge and many others additional facillities, and we get them all. That's a high standard for a good price.
We recently stayed at Grand Avenue Bali in September. Firstly, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and requires a taxi or moped to get anywhere. There is no restaurant or bar at the hotel as advertised and therefore it costs a lot of money to get around anywhere even for a snack or drink. There is also no indoor pool or spa as advertised. We firstly stayed in the private villa which was lovely, but was then moved to the deluxe room, which was far from deluxe. It was a very basic room with no fridge, no safe and no wardrobe. We did however have the pool to ourselves which would have been lovely had they not have been doing construction work the entire holiday so all we could hear was drilling and hammering. This hotel is ideal for people who like to be alone as we were the only people staying in the entire hotel all week. However the staff were exceptionally lovely and willing to help in any way possible. The reception was open 24/7 so you could always rely on having someone there to help you order a taxi or give tourist information. I would recommend eating and drinking at the Seminyak Square which costs about 50000 Rupiah per way to get there and the Safari and Marine Park was excellent.
I have visited a first time in Bali by myself. I was very happy to stay there. Grand avenue staff is very kind and so nice. I was very impressed. First day, they have prepared a Birthday cake for me and mede me surprised! And also if I wanted to go some restaurant and shop, they pick me up there by bike or bus. Always taking care of me. Thank you so much Manager, Ms. Sri and staff.
