Cheap, comfortable small room, friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast bit ordinary, no face cloths in bathroom, also NO BAR FRIDGE in room. Very slow internet and did not get in the room other than standing at the doorway. But i guess you get what you pay for. Good and quiet location.

Amazing hotel very cheap and it has everything a pricey hotel would have and the staff were the bes staff we could ask for. Would definitely stay And is great for the family although it would be good if the hotel had bacon and waffles like so many of ever. Ali hotels to I feel more people would come there if they had that the breakfast wasn’t amazing

Yes it is a budget hotel and the room is small but at such a price you get more than what you paid for. The outdoor pool is amazing and you get instant "feels like home" feeling once you checked in. The parking area is spacious and they even have this small garden area for weddings surrounded by rice field. So cute! It is perfect for honeymooners or family trip on a budget. And also the location couldn't be better. It is easy to get around and find everything nearby. From cafe, fancy resto, minimarts, souvenir shops and even to Barawa Beach. Breakfast was so-so, wifi was average and cleanliness could be improved but overall, everything else was great. I would love to come back again next time.

I stayed for 2 nights. I love their backyard view, there are swimming pool and rice field to freshen up. Breakfast was Ok. Location very close to nice coffee shop, great restaurants & lounge, also shopping area.

Nice and recommended place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of nearby attraction, and easy to get transportation for other places in Bali. I was stay at room with pool view, has a balcony too.

This place used to be better ...I think it's because staff are now tired and just going through the motions of doing their job. It's definitely got great potential with a cool pool, some excellent views (for rooms not facing the street) and good location. However, over time the clientele has changed over time to large groups of Chinese tourists. This totally changes the vibe around the pool and restaurant. Little things are a hassle - eg getting a room on the rice field side of the hotel (so your not staring at a busy noisy main Street), using the pool table (sorry sir, our regulation is you must buy a drink first - this is at 10.30 am in the morning). The buffet style breakfast have a poor unappealing selection. The coffee is undrinkable - very cheap and nasty. I've stayed there a dozen times over the last few years (they reception staff still ask me 'is this your first visit?') but lately I look for alternatives (cross the street is nice). Which is a shame as this place could be great. The impression I get is that the hotel ownership / management are accountants - and are focused on a mass market model. And the staff are left uninspired and apologetic. New ownership and management by hospitality professionals needed!

I have a few complaints to make. First of all; both rooms we booked werent in a great condition. The balcony fence of my parents was broken and it didnt looked like it happend yesterday. Luckily they fixed it (after a few complaints) the second day because it's very dangerous. Imagine someone falling down..... second complaint both our rooms were having major water problems in the bathroom. The water sprayer next to the toilet kept leaking in both rooms. So every end of the day the whole bathroom was wet. Also the water in the shower of 1 room didnt go away. After the first night they gave us a room upgrade. Good service :) Another small complaint: they forgot to give us new towels every single day.... very annoying when noticing after taking a shower The hotel is suffering from deferred maintenance. You can see it everywhere. BUT at the end I liked my stay. The area is nice. A lot of nice restaurants on walking distance. Beach is 2KM away. My parents walked several times to the beach. Staff is great, very helpfull. The price is cheap tho, thats why it's easier to deal with all the complaints. I might book it again..

Good points: -Affordable -About 30 mins from DPS airport -Lovely swimming pool and garden area -Close to restaurants and shops -On site spa services -Good TV channel selection -Polite and attentive staff Bad points: -Breakfast selection limited -Not a great view from the room -Limited bathroom amenities Verdict: A good hotel for short stays in Seminyak with close proximity to shops & restaurants

I stayed 5 nights with my children. We were initially impressed with the location, grounds, gardens and refreshing pools. The staff were friendly though their English was limited. I found google translate helped. The restaurant was often all out of food in the mornings at breakfast as they were encouraging busloads of extremely rude and greedy Chinese to stay at the hotel. These people would take all the food from the buffet and pile it up on their tables. Ordering food from the menu was disappointing as they often didn’t have the food available. The rooms were clean. However aged and falling apart, broken bathroom tap, and toilet seat. The linen(sheets and towels) smelt bad and were a dirty grey colour. With all its faults we still enjoyed our stay and had some memorable experiences!

Was under estimate the beginning....but this place give an outstanding experience especially for the kids. Very good service....nice pool and restaurant service. Just need to up grade the cocktail and beverage selection as it is look like booring choices. But overall was great
