This lovingly restored farmhouse from 1850 in Balgheim offers 130 m² of living space for up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, TV and leather sofa, and another with a 140 cm wide bed. The fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with leather sofa, TV, and traditional tiled stove provide comfort for relaxing evenings. Modern amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating in all rooms, washing machine, workspace, coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, baby cot, and high chair.



You have access to 2 shared parking spaces at the house as well as street parking. Events are not permitted, and the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests.



Upon arrival, you will receive a voucher for the nearby Backhaus Licht bakery, so you can start your stay with fresh baked goods and regional specialties—all within walking distance. A basket of firewood and kindling is available for an extra charge to use the traditional tiled stove.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus – absolut empfehlenswert!Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 10 Tage gebucht und waren rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr persönlichen und herzlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Er war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Wanderempfehlungen und wertvollen Tipps die Erkundung der Umgebung erleichtert.Das 1850 erbaute Haus wurde vom Vermieter mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Dabei wurde der historische Charakter wunderbar bewahrt und gleichzeitig ein moderner Wohnkomfort geschaffen, der keine Wünsche offenlässt. Die geschmackvolle, hochwertige und moderne Einrichtung verbindet sich perfekt mit dem besonderen Charme des alten Hauses.Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist durchdacht, gepflegt und komfortabel – das Haus steht modernen Ferienhäusern in puncto Ausstattung und Wohnqualität in nichts nach. Gerade die gelungene Verbindung von Geschichte, Gemütlichkeit und zeitgemäßem Komfort macht diese Unterkunft so besonders.Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein ganz besonderer Ort mit viel Herz, Charakter und einem tollen Vermieter. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren über Ostern in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail frisch eingerichtet und umgebaut wurde. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Christian und Susanne war super nett und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet, wahrscheinlich die kompletteste Küchenausstattung die wir in einem Ferienhaus in den letzten 15 Jahren hatten! Die An- und Abreise war absolut unkompliziert. Ein Netto Markt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, genauso wie eine Bäckerei. Alles andere ist im mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernten Spaichingen zu bekommen. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend, Entspannung ist somit inklusive.
