The apartment overlooks the enchanting Gulf of Castellammare, giving you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets !!!!!!! All around a sea that, depending on the breeze, changes from blue to green to blue. You also have the opportunity to take long walks on the beach below, accompanied by the singing of seagulls and an intense scent of the sea.
Well, at this point I believe that if you want to spend a holiday in an oasis of peace and tranquility, you have found the right accommodation for you !!!!!!
The first price refers to a basic rate for 2 people, each additional person will be quantified as extra based on the period.

Superbe appartement à Balestrate

L'appartement est idéalement situé : face à la mer avec une magnifique vue sur le port et à proximité de la rue principale et de la place. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation, l'appartement étant naturellement exposé au vent du fait de sa localisation. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très propre et très bien équipé !! Il dispose de 3 balcons différents permettant de bénéficier d'une exposition au soleil différente selon les moments de la journée ; ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons gentillement été accueilli par Yudi lors de notre arrivée à Balestrate à minuit avec un cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cet appartement et nous n'excluons pas d'y revenir pour de prochaines vacances.

Casa bellissima, dove la vista mozzafiato la fa da padrona, la pulizia, i colori, i proprietari... Non si riesce a trovare un difetto nemmeno impegnandosi! Comoda e confortevole, starsene seduti sul terrazzo la sera a guardare il mare sorseggiando un buon vino tipico siciliano.. Non ha prezzo! Ideale per le coppie ma anche per chi come noi ha dei bambini. Il mare al di la della strada.. Il centro del paese a un minuto a piedi.. Il supermercato nella via dietro casa.. È perfetta! Ristrutturata, tenuta benissimo! Grande Yudi che ci ha trattati come amici e non come clienti perché la parola d'ordine in Sicilia è Ospitalità! Torneremo presto a trovarvi!!! PROMESSO!!! 😍☀️

Super séjour

2e séjour chez Yudy, toujours aussi adorable. Cet appartement est vraiment fantastique, rien ne manque, les commerces sont à proximité, la plage également. Et comme il est agréable, le soir, de boire un petit verre sur le balcon, en regardant les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas. A très bientot, Yudy.

A lovely apartment and a great town

We stayed for a week in Balestrate in this lovely apartment. Everything was very easy - the apartment had all we needed, the town lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches are beautiful, and it was so lovely to be able to look out over the bay in the evening and watch the sun set over the mountains. Yudy was very helpful and the neighbours and others in the town very friendly. Really recommend a visit - it couldn't have been nicer! thank you!

Vacanza bellissima

Casa bellissima, pulita, fresca (anche quando fuori ci sono 35 gradi!) in una zona tranquillissima ma a due passi dal centro. Vista stupenda e posizione strategica per mare o passeggiate serali in centro. Padroni di casa gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Speriamo di poter tornare presto a trovarvi! Balestrate offre tutto dal mare e spiaggia davvero bellissimi, un clima incredibile e locali che cucinano piatti tipici 24 h su 24h. Unica pecca? Si ritorna che parecchi kg in più! Adatto anche a chi, come noi, ha dei bambini piccoli!

Fantastica vacaciones

EL apartamento tiene una maravillosas vista,es muy confortable,es nuevo y muy limpio ,la zona es muy tranquila, El lugar está bellisimo,tiene punto estrategico para poder visitar toda la Sicilia. Tal vez las fotos no reflejan todo lo hermoso que es. El pueblo es muy cómodo con gente agradable muy acogedoras y cálidas. Por supuesto que volvere hacer esta experiencia y sin duda voy a elegir este lugar de nuevo . Los dueños son geniales y amable y servicial . Una vez más, gracias a los propietarios que me han dado la oportunidad de estar en un tan hermoso lugar, Gracias Yudy y Nino.

A perfect apartment

This apartment was just like the pictures, clean and cosy. We had all we need to make our vacation a wunderfull experience. The view was amazing, even with the stormy weather. Balestrate is a friendly little town with a perfect location to visit this part of Sicily. We would like to stay here more than two weeks, so we will surtenly coming back.

Nous sommes retournés chez Nino et Yudy

Tout comme la première fois nous avons logé dans ce très coquet appartement idéalement situé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur tout le golfe et une terrasse qui offre bien plus que n'importe quel hotel 5*. Très propre et très bien aménagé confortable, prestations de qualité - Tout est prévu pour des vacances sans souci, la TV, Wi-fi, machine à laver, Nos hôtes sont attentifs à la moindre demande pour conseiller et rendre nos vacances agréables:Et vraiment c'est Réussi !! Quelle belle hospitalité, quelle gentillesse et quel dévouement, même un petit cadeau de bienvenue offert avec beaucoup de délicatesse. Merci à ce couple fantastique - c'est très difficile chaque fois de quitter tout ça, mais nous revenons chaque année...alors à prestissimo Nino et Yudy vous êtes tous 2 de belles personnes vous savez accueillir, faire aimer votre terre et compliments pour la qualité du logement - MONIQUE N.
