Very convenient for its location as close to all amenities such as restaurants, bank, post office, supermarket , bus stop, beach. The house, located at the first floor has a double bedroom with sea view balcony, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed and a half with sea view balcony , bathroom with shower , living room with double sofa bed and kitchen with balcony view sea.
New furniture and well cared for in a sober , supplied with crockery, iron , ironing board , drying rack, washing machine, dryer, TV , home appliances and kitchen accessories to complete .
FREE access to INTERNET ADSL WI-FI.
On arrival the owners will accompany you in showing you around the apartment available and after the handover of keys and balance as a result , more of your request will be happy to accompany you for a small tour through the streets of the country, to introduce you to the places , the beaches , the restaurants, the shops that can be useful for your vacation .

Appartamento spazioso e dotato di quanto serve per un turista, bagno e doccia funzionali, camera ariosa con bella vista sul porto di Balestrate e sulla via principale della città , purtroppo trafficata. Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und ruhig aber dennoch nach wenigen Metern zu Fuß im Zentrum von Balestrate wo das Leben so richtig italienisch pulsiert. Vor Ort alles vorhanden. Supermarkt, nette und leckere Restaurants und ein schöner Strand mit Bar. Mietwagen absolut von Vorteil un die Insel und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.

fijne vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement was ruim en heel erg schoon. We hebben enorm genoten van het uitzicht en het feit dat we dichtbij winkels en restaurants zaten. Het is ook heel fijn dat je voor de deur kunt parkeren. We hadden wel wat last van geluidsoverlast van de buren; de muren zijn dun....kan niemand iets aan doen.... Daniel had een warm welkom met water, melk en een taartje...heel attent en aardig.

Casa Daniele è stata veramente una conferma del contenuto dell'inserzione. ci siamo trovati bene da subito, l'accoglienza è stata ottima e l'appartamento accogliente e molto pulito è stato un bel vedere all'arrivo. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Balestrate è un paese in cui non ci si annoia, la sera c'è movimento e i ristoranti ottimi..... E' situata in un punto in cui si può arrivare nelle varie città da visitare, e sicuramente lo consiglierei a tutti....

Casa Daniele wie immer sehr zu empfehlen für Individualtouristen, die in und von Balestrate als Ausgangspunkt Natur und Kultur Siziliens erleben wollen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf das weite Meer mit abendlichem Sonnenuntergang und immer frischer Seeluft ist erholsam und fördert Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden. Gerade für deutsche Besucher ist Balestrate ideal, wohnen hier doch viele Bewohner, die in Deutschland gelebt und gearbeitet haben. Wir waren wiederholt in dieser FEWO und werden wiederkommen, nicht zuletzt auch wegen der sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, Anna e Daniele. P.S. Casa Daniele besitzt jetzt auch deutsches Fernsehen!

Sono molto pigro a scrivere, ma ho trascorso, insieme ai miei, un'ottima vacanza e per questo motivo non posso esimermi dal ringraziare i proprietari dell'alloggio: sono stati molto disponibili, cosa molto importante per me. In particolare un ringraziamento per l'eccezionale ricotta di pecora che abbiamo potuto gustare grazie a loro. Erano ancora calde e mi hanno fatto tornare indietro di qualche anno. Sono queste piccole cose che fanno la differenza tra una buona e un'ottima vacanza.

Die besten Grüße an die Eigentümer, Daniele und Anna, die hier eine perfekte Ferienwohnung mit bestem Service und zu niedrigen Kosten anbieten. Ein Höchstmaß an Sauberkeit und die vollständige Einrichtung lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Alles ging noch besser als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten und wir sind sicher, ein weiteres Mal im nächsten Jahr zu bleiben. Balestrate ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Verweilen. Wir stellten sogar fest, dass es keine Notwendigkeit gibt, z.B. Palermo zu besuchen weil alles was Sie brauchen in Balestrate vorhanden ist, vor allem ein langer, sauberer und weißer Strand! vacanza a balestrate

vacanza rilassante!!! spiaggia e mare molto belli a 5 min. di macchina. parcheggio solo a pagamento. Appartamento fantastico!!!!!! spazioso e ben tenuto, con vista mare sul golfo di castellamare. proprietari disponibili sempre e molto gentili. Con una bimba di 2 anni ci siamo trovati davvero bene! sicuramente ritorneremo lì!!!!!!

L ospitalità dei proprietari è stata molto accogliente e si sono dimostrate delle brave persone è molto disponibili su tutto, la casa era molto pulita e accogliente anche perché aveva tutti i confort che si possono cercare sia a livello interno che all esterno dato che a 2 minuti c'era sia il supermarket che il panificio e i bar, e a 10 minuti si poteva arrivare al mare. Sono stato molto soddisfato di questo appartamento e penso che se dovessi riandare a balestrate chiamerò loro ;-)

Tutto ottimo

Casa incantevole, vista da sogno, luogo tranquillo e fresco. Mai dovuto accendere il condizionatore, serate piacevoli in paese, con animazioni e varie iniziative. Spiagge libere enormi e pulite, mare meraviglioso, comodissimo il trenino turistico per raggiungerle. In definitiva, davvero tutto ottimo e da consigliare vivamente. Complimenti ai proprietari.

Casa Daniele sehr empfehlenswert

Wir verbrachten 3 schöne Wochen im Juni 2014 in Balestrate. Die Wohnung Casa Daniele liegt direkt an einer Straße am Meer mit 2 Balkonen mit dem schönsten Meerblick, und so waren die romantischsten Augenblicke an den Abenden der Sonnenuntergang über den westlichen Bergen des Golfes. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Lage des Ferienhauses Bologna ist optimal. Man kann alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Bar, Strand etc. leicht und auf kurzem Wege erreichen. Besonders anmerken möchten wir die offensichtliche Deutschfreundlichkeit in Balestrate. Anna und Daniele sind sympathische, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sie waren uns eine große Hilfe, als wir einmal den pronto soccorso mit kurzem Krankenhausaufenthalt in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Auch Senioren sind bei ihnen sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in dem Ferienhaus und werden sicherlich im nächsten Jahr wieder bei Anna und Daniele das Apartment mieten. Hannelore + Rudolf

Stupenda vacanza...

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, non potevamo trovare di meglio. L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica, a pochi passi eravamo sulla strada principale del paese dove avevamo tutto a disposizione, dal supermercato, ai diversi bar, ristoranti, panificio ecc... La spiaggia di sabbia si trova a meno di dieci minuti a piedi, un posto fantastico, pulito... L'accoglienza dai giovani proprietari è stata ottima, appartamento pulito e profumato, non mancava veramente nulla. Ottima vista sul mare dai balconi delle camere da letto e dalla cucina. Ritorneremo il prossimo anno.Grazie di cuore.

ECCEZIONALE ACCOGLIENZA

La struttura merita indubbiamente, di recente ristrutturazione, sembra come nuova, l'appartamento, che abbiamo trovato pulito e accogliente, sono completi di tutto il necessario per viverci anche per periodi più lunghi. Noi vi abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana. Aprendo la finestra e affacciandosi al balconcino il panorama è davvero mozzafiato e si godono dei tramonti fantastici. La posizione è perfetta sia per la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una gradevole passeggiata sia per tutti servizi che sono fruibili facendo pochissimi passi a piedi in paese. Ma ciò che ricorderemo sempre con immenso piacere e che ci riporterà sicuramente a fare un nuovo soggiorno è la splendida accoglienza che ci è stata riservata dai proprietari Anna e Daniele, sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti a dispensare consigli su cosa fare o dove andare, ha rappresentato per noi un punto di riferimento importantissimo con la loro presenza gioiosa e discreta. Vi ringraziamo di cuore sperando di tornare al più presto a soggiornare presso la vostra struttura.

10 giorni in paradiso

La casa e' spaziosa, luminosa e con una vista mare mozzafiato! E' a due passi dalla stazione, supermercato e dal mare. Il posto ideale per una vacanza sia in coppia che in famiglia. La cucina e' pulitissima, nuova, moderna e comoda, attrezzata di ogni cosa, uno si sente subito a casa sua. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, persone molto accoglienti. La mattina o la sera andavamo a correre, il paese ha una bellissima stradina lungomare. Inoltre è localizzato nel mezzo del golfo quindi eravamo comodi ad esplorare diversi posti. Siamo andati a San Vito lo Capo e da vedere assolutamente e' la Riserva dello Zingaro. Una giornata era dedicata a Palermo dove siamo andati nelle catacombe e abbiamo girato il mercato. Anche il paesino di Balestrate e' carino e con una bella spiaggia che offre dei tramonti indimenticabili. Spero di tornarci presto! Grazie Anna e Daniele, complimenti! Alessandra
