Excellent Property - amazingly clean and modern

We stayed four nights at Nicole's House and loved it. Extremely modern and comfortable, everything in the kitchen you could need. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket even the beach is close by (5 minute walk). Loved the balcony in the evening people watching. The photos you see are exactly what you get. Could not have asked for more. We were met in person by Daniel, great guy, nothing to much trouble. All emails were answered promptly by Anna in our lead up to our stay. Would highly recommend Nicole's Place! Also parking was easy and convenient and free.

Very modern apartment with all amenities

This apartment is quite new and very well furnished. Although in January, we still made use of the large terrace as well. It has everything one would require and is very well located in a street with shops and restaurants. The apartment was quite adequate for two couples and we were very comfortable. Balestrate is well situated to visit all the lovely places in the north west of Sicily and also Palermo. It is also quite close to Palermo airport and within easy driving also from Birgi airport. All in all a delightful experience. Thanks also due to Anna & Daniele for being so kind and welcoming.

Tolle gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub 2019 in dieser sehr gepflegten Wohnung genossen. Schon die Ankunft und Übergabe war problemlos. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle große überdachte Terrasse die wir ganz schnell zu schätzen wussten. Balestrate ist eine quirlige italienische Stadt in der es auch schon Mal laut werden kann. Alles was man für den Alltag benötigt hat man in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Von Balestrate aus sind jede Menge Ziele in zu erreichen. Ob es jetzt traumhafte Strände und gemütliche Hafenstädte sind. Abends sind wir gerne nach Castellmar del Golfo oder Mondello gefahren. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub Casa Nicole vom 20.09.19-04.10.19

Da wir keine Straße in Balestrate gekannt hatten, haben wir vom Flughafen mit Daniele telefeniert und er hat uns alles genannt. Wir wurden von ihm direkt vorm Haus empfangen und in die Wohnung begleitet. Auf dem Küchentisch hat bereits ein kleines Begrüßungspräsent gestanden und wir haben alle Räumlichkeiten in sauberem und ordnungsgemäßen Zustand übergeben bekommen. Das Highlight ist natürlich die riesige, überdachte Terrasse, von dere man einen guten Blick auf das Meer und Hauptstraße hat. Man findet dort sofort alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und bracuht dafür kein Auto. Obwohl es zum Abend hin dort typisch italienisch laut zugeht, hat uns dies nicht gestört, da wir vorsichtshalber Ohrstöpsel dabei hatten. Also alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub bei sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Vijelleicht sieht man sich mal wieder. Gruß von Fam. Wunderlich

11 schöne Tage in Balestrate in der Casa Nicole

Die Kommunikation mit Anna und besonders Daniele erfolgte problemlos. Da sich unsere Flugzeiten kurzfristig geändert hatten, war es uns dennoch möglich nach kurzer Absprache, schon vor der genannten Check-In Zeit, das Appartement zu beziehen. Vor Ort fanden wir ein sauberes, geräumiges und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattetes Appartement, was zum Verweilen einludt und so ziemlich der Beschreibung entsprach. Ein bisschen irritierten uns die zusätzlichen Kosten, die entstehen würden, wenn wir die Klimaanlage nutzen würden, weshalb diese die meiste Zeit ausgeschaltet blieb. Wen großes Treiben auf der Straße unterhalb des Schlafzimmerffensters in der Nacht nicht stört, kann hier ohne Probleme einen erholsamen Schlaf haben. Parkplätze stehen in ausreichender Anzahl direkt vor dem Appartment frei zur Verfügung. Das Appartment selbst verfügt auch über 2 Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Strand in der Nähe des Appartements ist himmlisch und wir verbrachten viele schöne Stunden beim Sonnenbaden. Wie schon von spanischen Stränden bekannt, durften hier die Verkäufer der Ray Ban Sonnenbrillen, von Schmuck, Decken sowie Kinderspielzeug oder Musikboxen nicht fehlen. Wir unternahmen Wanderungen, für die wir den ein oder anderen Kilometer mit dem Auto zurücklegen mussten, weshalb wir einen Mietwagen auf Sizilien unbedingt empfehlen! Es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu entdecken und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Anna und Daniele und bis bald!

Urlaub voll im Leben !

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses. Auffallend ist das sehr gepflegte , und geschmackvolle gestaltete Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der größte Raum ist die Wohnküche. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz. Das Highlight jedoch ist die riesige Terrasse, von der man einen tollen Blick auf das Treiben in der Stadt und auch einen Ausblick auf die Bucht hat. Mit den Hausherren hatten wir freundlichen Kontakt. Sollten wir noch einmal diese Gegend aufsuchen, so ist diese Wohnung erste Wahl!

Schönes, modernes Appartment mitten im italienischen Leben

Das Appartment ist genau wie beschrieben. Schön, modern und es hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist riesig, nur die Sitzgelegenheiten sind nicht wirklich bequem. Als wir ankamen war keiner da und ich habe leider den Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreicht, aber per Nachricht hat es dann geklappt und er kam dann auch schnell und wir haben die Formalitäten geklärt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartment liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße von Balestrate. Dies hat den Vorteil das Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants etc. direkt nebenan sind. Nachteil ist das es bis in die Nacht sehr laut ist, d.h. alle Fenster müssen zum schlafen geschlossen werden und Klimaanlage in der Küche muss voll laufen, damit man schlafen kann. Es gibt in Balestrate einen kommerziellen Strand mit Lido und kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen und einen Stadtstrand. Zu beiden läuft man ca. 10 min. zu Fuß bergab, d.h. zurück bergauf! Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Appartment. Wenn man sich erstmal einen Überblick über das Gassengewirr in Balestrate verschafft hat, kommt man auch schnell auf die Autobahn und kann die Region erkunden! Nur nicht mit dem Auto nach Palermo fahren, der Verkehr ist die Hölle. Leider gibt es keine guten Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Palermo von Balestrate. In der Stadt Balestrate gibt es nur wenige Touristen und man ist mitten drin im italienischen Leben. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit vollkommen sicher gefühlt.

Super Appartement mitten in Balestrate

Wir waren zu zweit 3 Wochen in dem Appartement, das wir genau so wie beschrieben vorgefunden haben. Es war sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Highlight war natürlich die super große Terrasse. Durch die zentrale Lage konnte man richtig Land und Leute kennenlernen. Dank der netten aufmerksamen Vermieter und auch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eltern der Beiden haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub mitten im sizilianischen Leben verbracht. Gerne wieder.

Very Nice Holiday flat

We can highly recommend the holiday flat. It was almost new eyerythig was fine. The hirer was always helpful if we had a request. The terrace is huge. From the terrace you can watch the vivid Sicily live on the street. The beach is very close. Everything you need to buy is close by. We had a great stay there. We were missing nothing.

Schickes Apartment mit genügend Platz für 4

Sehr sauberes schick eingerichtetes Apartment an der Promenade von Balestrate. Neuer Renovierungszustand. Vollwertige Küche, riesige schattige Terasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben an. In 5 Minuten ist man am feinen Sandstrand von Balestrate. Kleiner Abzug gibt es für den Lärm der direkt angrenzenden Straße. Ab 6 Uhr früh startet das leben in Balestrate ;-) Daniel, der Vermieter hat uns Herzlich Willkommen.

L'appartamento dalle foto e molto bello , ma a vederlo di presenza e molto più bello, tutto in ordine, pulitissimo, con una grande veranda dove poter trascorrere i pomeriggi o le sere a cenare fuori. Cucina attrezzatissima , lenzuola fresche e tovaglie profumate,, insomma nulla da dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo. I proprietari sempre a disposizione per ogni nostra richiesta. Tolles Apartment mitten im sizilianischen Leben

Es waren zwei tolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Apartment mitten in Balestrate. Die Wohnung war großzügig, sehr sauber und hat eine irre Terrasse. Bäcker unten im Nachbarhaus, Lebensmittel 50m, viele (sehr gute) Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Transfer vom Flughafen durch Daniel lief super, ebenso die Bereitstellung des Leihwagens (Panda...supi!!). Im August war der Ort sehr gut besucht mit meist italienischen Urlaubern, aber kein Vergleich zu irgendwelchen Touristik- Hochburgen, alles sehr nett und beschaulich. Der Strand ist super, Sand, flach und nicht zu voll. Ein zweiter Strand ist auch nicht viel weiter, sehr leer, allerdings mit ein paar Steinen. Die Umgebung von Balestrate ist wunderschön, ein paar kleinere Städtchen, Berge, sehr grün. Nach Palermo mit dem Auto ca. 45 Min. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub auf einer tollen Insel in einem hervorragenden, wenn auch lebhaften, Apartment. Vielen Dank an Anna und Daniel, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wie immer schöne Ferientage bei Anna und Daniele

Wie immer haben wir schöne Ferientage bei Anna und Daniele in Balestrate verbracht und das zum wiederholten Male. Die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft war überwältigend. Die Wohnung Nicole befindet sich im 2. Stock und besitzt eine weit ausladende offene Veranda. Hier kann man am Leben in Balestrate teilnehmen. Will man sich zurückziehen, so bieten die Räume im Innern ruhige und klimatisierte Möglichkeiten. Über Balestrate selbst kann man sagen: Wer diese Art von Urlaub in einer italienischen Kleinstadt ohne touristische Extravaganz liebt, kommt wieder.

Appartamento fantastico

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulitissimo e curato nei migliori dei modi. Vederlo di presenza è molto più bello. Una camera da letto con TV in camera, bagno con una doccia molto spaziosa, cucina attrezzata molto bene, praticamente non manca nulla, dal forno a microonde, al tostapane, al bollitore, alla macchina del caffè americano. Lo spazio più bello e la veranda, dove abbiamo trascorso maggior tempo, la mia bimba ha apprezzato il tavolo con i colori. Insomma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e sicuramente ritorneremo, un grazie va ai proprietari Anna e Daniele che ci hanno accolto con del buon vino e sono rimasti sempre a nostra disposizione.
