The villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offering direct access to the terrace. Each of the 2 bedrooms is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses and measuring 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as a direct exit to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The outdoor space includes a terrace of 35 m2 as well as a roofed terrace of equal size at 35 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering a stunning view of the sea.
