¡Este baño de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños está ubicado en el bosque en el río PM y le brindará el descanso y la privacidad que busca para maximizar sus vacaciones! A minutos de los senderos, tiendas, restaurantes y rutas de senderismo, ¡este será un lugar relajante en la parte superior de su lista! Las 4 habitaciones están recientemente remodeladas junto con 2 de los 3 baños. Una gran cocina y comedor con un baño en los tres niveles le dará comodidad y conveniencia. una hermosa terraza con vistas al pozo de fuego y al río será un gran lugar para tomar una copa o comenzar el día con un café caliente en el aire fresco del bosque. Esta casa tiene 3 sofás, una hermosa mesa de roble con asientos adicionales en la parte superior alta, un televisor de pantalla grande en el dormitorio principal uno en la sala de estar y otro televisor en la zona ding. ¡Mira tus deportes mientras disfrutas de la naturaleza! Beautiful setting for family getaway

We had a great stay. The owner reached out ahead of time to provide information, answered our questions while we were there, and had great information in the home to help make our stay as easy as possible. We loved having multiple spaces, upstairs and down, to hang out. The outdoor spaces were fantastic. The docks were perfect for sitting and watching the fish go by. We're definitely booking another stay!

Beautiful home on secluded river

Host - Paul - was excellent to communicate with. Home was perfect for 6 adults for the weekend. Firepit in the backyard was great & the wood was tarped off to stay dry. Highly recommend booking with Paul.

River Side Tranquility

Property and house were perfect for our stay. Location was great and Paul was a very accommodating Host. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and working properly. Paul made accommodations for us to check in early due to a change in our schedule. He was also quick to respond if we had any questions. We will be booking again next year. Thanks for a great trip!!!

Great getaway

We enjoyed how quiet and convenient the cabin was to fishing access. The cabin was very well equipped with all the conveniences on would need for a week's stay. All appliances and utilities were in great working order. Everything we needed for enjoying our stay for fishing the Pierre Marquette and Traverse City Bay. Would be a great place for a family stay.

Family fishing fun

Family Time

Campfires, played games, kayaking, Friday all the children were there for a cookout and campfire. 2 daughters and there families lived in Big Rapids and went home later that evening. The other 2 child and adult grandchildren that live further away stayed the weekend. It makes my heart sing when we are making good memories. The only issue for me is I struggle with stair steps. We all love the stay so thank you Paul for hosting

Riverfront house with a lot of privacy!

This house was perfect for our family trip with a toddler! We enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor space/patio and bonfire set up - it made it a great place to spend quality time together without being around tons of other people. Paul is a wonderful host and directed us toward many activities for kayaking and fishing in the area and was super responsive to all our communications!

Peaceful, quiet time away

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the cabin- since it’s only 1 1/4 hour from Grand Rapids, it was the perfect location for our adult children to drive out for a day or night visit. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. Less than 10 min drive to a nice grocery store. Paul was easy to work with- responded to texts promptly!

40th Birthday Fishing Trip For The Hubs

First I want to say that Paul (the owner) was so good at communication from the first booking to leaving the property. He was prompt and available whenever we needed. I couldn’t ask for a better host! The house was just what we needed. Lots of stairs which is okay for us but those who have bad knees or difficulty climbing this maybe a tough stay for you. We were steps away from the water. Kitchen was supplied with basically everything you would need. We enjoyed kayaking the Pere Marquette River. Rented kayaks in Baldwin. Went fishing at the “lost lake in the woods” as we called it. Lol. Caught pike and trout. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Paul! -The Summers

Perfect!!!

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Very private and quiet location with tons of salmon swimming through the stream out back. Owner answered any questions I had prior to getting there. Will rent again next year 👍

Baldwin fishing trip 2022

Paul was a great host. We asked if there is a high chair and a plug & play bed for the 10 month old girl we would meet there, and he purchased that for us. And we found baby toys in the living room! That was so helpful! We spent a wonderful weekend there. Thank you Paul!

Everything we were looking for.

This rental had enough space (indoor and outdoor) for our family of 7. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare any meal. Includes convenience items you may have forgotten (paper products, soaps, spices, etc.) Excellent fire pit, wood provided. Great communication with owner. We had a great time in Baldwin and also ventured out to visit Ludington, Pentwater, & Mears. Only an hour from the shores of Lake Michigan.

Best place to find a piece of mind

Awesome place to stay at if ypu want a piece of mind. Grandchildren had a blast playing in creek. Family enjoyed the bombfires we had each night. It was so quite there. Would stay again. I would recommend this place

Wonderful & Relaxing stay

I would like to thank Paul for the great weekend my family and I had. Paul is a great host and very helpful. The property is very nice and secluded, exactly what we were looking for. Lake Michigan and Ludington State Park are only about 40-50 min drive. The house is clean and it has everything you need.
