This beautiful constructed house is located in the desirable Braemar area, on the way to East Beach, it's a second-row beauty with great views and brand new décor. We probably get more accolades about this house than any other. Immaculate. Top of the line. Well equipped. Best of everything. We hear it all.
The living area is on the second floor to maximize views. And there are lots of decks and porches for outdoor living and entertaining. Each bedroom has its own full bath. TVs in every bedroom and an oversize flat screen in the living room. The downstairs living area has a queen-size pullout sofa for additional sleeping. The kids rooms has two sets of bunks and a flat screen TV for games and movies. Just steps away from the private walkway to the secluded beach that's used just by adjacent homeowners. You have to experience this house to see what they mean.
